What a fabulous boutique hotel . Food was outstanding as were the staff . Spotless... can only describe this hotel which was wondeful to see and experience. Stayed in room 310 which has a cracking view. Will definitely return .

We had a lovely stay, in this lovely hotel. Set within beautifully kept gardens, it was o peaceful to laze around the good sized pool. Definitely refreshing temperature. The staff were all very friendly and eager to please. Breakfast buffet offered a good selection with the choice of a cooked breakfast if desired and option of a glass of cava to accompany it. The rooms were spotless as was all areas of the hotel. Easy walking distance into a selection of restaurants, beaches are small as they are a selection of coves. Bus stop 2 mins from the hotel into Puerto Pollensa or Pollensa old town. I can highly recommend a stay here.

Our second visit to this exceptional hotel and will definitely be back. The pool and terrace areas are an oasis of peace and calm, staff are all lovely and very helpful, food is very high quality both at breakfast and dinner. Really couldn’t fault anything and can’t wait to return.

Very disappointed we have been to this hotel 3 times and always had a lovely room with a nice view however not this time was given a room with bushes overgrown on the balcony ask to move only to be told they are fully booked we have no view only big bushes absolutely unbelievable and definitely won’t be coming back attitude from management was unacceptable

A beautiful hotel, run by extraordinary people. A Boutique style that encapsulates old style glamour with a modern twist. A discrete and discerning adults only hotel which feels like an exclusive club, and where everyone is welcome. The staff, Management reception, restaurant and housekeeping are all friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one. Our rooms were upgraded, which was a lovely surprise, we had a superior double, it had the biggest bed I've ever seen. Fruit and a bottle of red wine greeted us on arrival, and we had a bottle of water placed in the room daily. The room was cleaned every day, and the whole place was fresh and airy. The Air Conditioning was a god send in the heatwave. The breakfast was plentiful and vast and a choice of outdoor or indoor seating. The restaurant food, whether for lunch or an evening meal, was quality. The pool and surroundings are the jewel in the crown of this hotel. There are clean towels by the pool to use on the comfortable sun beds and little touches like the lovely waitress bringing us all round pots of mango sorbet to cool us down, make this hotel worth it's 4 stars.

41 years ago, my then fiancee and I came here on holiday, having saved up over the preceding 12 months. We had a great time and stored away many great memories. It was therefore with some trepidation that my wife and I returned, along with our 18 year old daughter. We need not have worried. From the moment we arrived, greeted gracefully by reception and supplied with glasses of water by whom we now know to be Antonio, we relaxed. Soon, we were by the pool, booked in for Dinner, and enjoying the silence, and the quiet company of the other guests, and well looked after by the staff. This could be the longest Review of my TA contributions, but in the pursuit of brevity, I'll be brief. The hotel is very well appointed, convenient yet quiet location, the food excellent, the service fantastic, the pool amazing, the rooms comfortable and very clean, and the setting superb. But the staff made it. Antonio, Marta, Carolina, Dace, and the rest just nailed it for the whole week. Add this to the whole CSV experience, and we had a wonderful holiday. They even arranged with the chefs to craete a meat only Paella for us on our last night...(18 year old doesn't like seafood!). We will not be waiting another 41 years before we return...

A beautiful and very quiet, small hotel. It’s furnished incredibly tastefully with a mix of modern and traditional Majorcan colours and furniture Pool is incredibly and an oasis of calm and tranquility. Being an adult only hotel made all the difference as often had pool to self . Staff were all incredibly professional, helpful and polite. Breakfasts were out of this world . If there were any negatives - it was lack of storage space on rooms if staying for a week or more as only a wardrobe and a few drawers at a desk so we ended up having to leave clothes in suitcase which was fine but not ideal for some. Pillows were very firm and too thick for me but everything else was really lovely . We especially liked touch of bottle of wine on arrival. Would have been nice to have kettle in room as no way of making coffee or tea which I did miss. This is a peaceful hotel and v quiet. So if you want somewhere with a bit more going on in terms of music or entertainment , it may not be for you. For us it was bliss! Regular bus service on door step to pollenca , alcudia and other places meant we didn’t need to hire a car. Beach also a few mins walk away but seas were rough when we were ther so unable to go in sea as red flag up . We stayed end of july 2023

My favourite hotel to stay at. Visit here at least once a year with my boyfriend or family. Been staying at hotel Cala for 10+ years. Each time it gets better and love how they remember you. The staff are amazing. Breakfast is fabulous the rooms are always clean and the pool / gardens are excellent.

Great welcome and helpful staff. We were upgraded. There was wine and fruit in the room with daily water, tea and coffee, a fridge, sitting area, balcony overlooking pool. Lovely toiletries in bathroom. Good restaurant overlooking pool, we ate there 3 times as not lot of restaurants in the resort but it’s close to Porto Pollensa for a bigger choice - walk over the tops around one hour (wear good walking shoes) or bus ride. Buffet breakfast with hot made fresh to order, nice fresh orange juice. Lovely pool, not too cold and no reserving of sun beds Peaceful location with supermarket across the road. Bus 1 minute from the hotel to Pollensa (Sunday market) Porto Pollensa and Alcudia Old Town (remember to swipe on and off the bus) Perfect stay would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing break.
