Been to Menorca many times, second visit to this hotel. The staff at this hotel really are the best, helpful, friendly, professional. The hotel is kept very clean. It is a small hotel so not a lot of choice of food, but what there is, is nice and tasty, although sometimes not too warm. Our room was on the first floor but asked to be moved to a higher one. The rooms are dated not really updated since our last visit about 15 years ago and if you have mobility problems having a shower could be a problem, bed is comfortable. The hotel grounds are lovely we preferred the grass area to the pool area but both are nice areas. The entertainment was the usual thing , some nights a singer or magician a quiz. There's a small beach immedietly behind the hotel.Plenty of places to walk...... Ciutadella, cala'n Blanes, cala'n forcat. Weather was brilliant. Had a good time. But stayed at better for same cost.

Mini 5day break with 3 friends just to chill out , went 15th October, the weather was lovely @ 25d, The hotel was great , very friendly staff and the room was cleaned every day + clean towels . We were all inclusive so unlimited food and drink , had a good choice of food for the time we were there , exceptionally friendly bar staff too. The pool was good size and the pool attendant was on hand to move parasols for us - Entertainment on a night started about 9 with bingo ( we won €125)very entertaining lol and a different act each night , the soul singer - fabulous voice -brilliant as were the Spanish dancers , there are steps down to the beach which we found ok and also a slope for those who couldn’t manage , the small cove was nice - €10 for a sunbed , not very deep so great for kids to enjoy, about 10 min walk away was the outdoor water park and a variety of shops . Yes would definitely go again .

We stayed here for 1 week this September with our 2 year old son. First of all we only booked this hotel because Jet2 advertise photos of a water park on the hotel but when we arrived the water park is not part of the hotel nor included in the hotel. We felt like this was false advertising and unrealistic of what to expect. There was absolutely nothing for young children. No slides, no kids entertainment, no kids area or park and nothing on through the day for kids either. There was a small children’s pool which was ok but it was right next to the road where the gate is constantly open for people entering so wasn’t great. We spoke to a few other families who had booked the hotel also under the impression that there were going to be slides etc. We did end up paying to go to the water park for the day which was a 15 minute walk down the road and we had a fantastic day. It was €22euros per adult which is also reasonable. There is also a lovely little beach right outside the hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful at all times. The food was also very nice although it could sometimes be repetitive but I really enjoy seafood so the fish every night was great. The restaurant was also very clean and all of the staff were friendly and hard working. The rooms are average. Very dated and smelt of damp but were clean and comfortable. We had a lovely holiday but we would probably not book this hotel again because it wasn’t great for children.

My husband and I spent ten nights here. We paid for a seaview room on the top floor. Wow, the view was wonderful. We were greeted by Natalie on reception, who was just the loveliest sweet natured lady who went above and beyond for everyone. The room was fine, bathroom basic but I think that they need to be updated to walk in showers. The balcony was a very good size. Cleaners came every day (quite early, so we put a sign out so as not to be disturbed). One lift, which was quite small, it took four people at a push. Very clean and spacious areas everywhere. We laid on the grassed area when we didn’t go down to the cove. You had to be up early for a bed around the pool (yes, the Brits reserved them with towels and went missing for hours). There was a lovely little terrace area at the bar which was like a sun trap. I don’t want to moan about the food (I’m not a fussy eater) there is something for everyone and I enjoyed everything I ate. Lots of fresh salad, pasta, fish, meat, pizza. We ate out every other night because the restaurants in the area are fab. Bingo every night (I won!). Entertainment on most nights or a quiz. We missed the karaoke night on purpose! This is a hotel to go to for mostly relaxation. Not a lot going on for the kids in my opinion. The entertainment staff were great, really friendly without being pushy. The bar staff worked hard and were polite and cheery to everyone even when guests were rude to them. Why can’t people use manners when ordering drinks?! Why do they talk to them like they are servants ?! Every single member of staff in this hotel should be commended and I will return here because of them.

Cannot fault this hotel,spotlessly clean,good location and excellent food and drink. Everyone we met who works at the hotel were polite and professional.Good sized pool with plenty of beds. Ignore bad reviews,some people will twist on 21.

Hotel location was brilliant for myself and my son. Really clean. Amazing room. Fabulous view. Air con was fine. Upon arrival we were met by a very friendly and helpful gentleman in Reception who explained everything we needed to know. We were all inclusive. There was a variety of food to choose from, in terms of pasta, meats, fish, chips, salads etc but that doesn't change throughout the week really - although they do have 'specials' in the evening, the Tapas was so good. However, by the end of the week I needed some variety and took us into Ciutadella. There are also many eateries in the local plaza near by. The one thing that was fabulous about the hotel were the other visitors. My son made friends with another boy & I chatted to a variety of guests. There was a nice atmosphere. The entertainment was fun and although no all day kids clubs, there were games they could join, if they wished. The pools were great and having the pitch at the back was great for my son to play footy. The grass area just above the pool also gave shade when needed. I also really loved that there were many single parents with their children. I didn't feel it of place at all.
