We visited as a large family group having 4 rooms in total we stayed for a week all inclusive We had a great time I was so worried after reading reviews saying that people were having sickness bugs! We did not experience this! Our room was clean and tidy with a walk in shower 3 of us had this type room but the me of my sisters did have a shower over the bath which sounded a bit more dates so maybe some rooms have been upgraded?! The pools were popular but never struggled to find a sun bed the splash park was lovely and the last pool you can walk down a ramp into which was great for accessibility but the water was very cold I can imagine this would be enjoyable in the summer months due to the heat! Staff were all lovely and helpful rooms cleaned three times a week but could request more towels if needed The location was nice short walk to bars and shops, we hired a car and explored further I really recommend that! We went to the water park which was ok very small you only need the afternoon there and it’s half price in the afternoon also about 15 minutes walk from the hotel Food was lovely I’m not fussy at all so found something each night but couple of the kids lived off nuggets chips pizza etc there’s always nice pizza on offer due to the pizza counter There can be ques for the fresh cooked meat but often worth the wait we enjoyed lots of different deserts too! Never went hungry! Drinks were standard all inclusive in small cups but could have as many as you liked! The entertainment seemed good actives for children’s no adults in the day and mini discos and adult entertainment at night I would recommend this hotel for families looking for a quiet relaxing holiday for a great price Take strong mosquito repellent they are savage!

Kind and helpful staff (little brisk when it's busy but that's understandable) Ace pools (didn't like the fence around the top one tho) Just enough loungers to go around even tho some were chained up. Nice comfy loungers. Food fantastic (if a little lukewarm in the trays sometimes) Nice hot plates in the hot plate cupboard Restaurant noisy but staff super efficient and helpful No cossies or bare feet in restaurant, understandable for safety and respectability Fun activities for kids and adults throughout the day Real nice friendly feel Fantastic beach coves nearby Nice spot to watch sunset near sea Room good size, fridge good, noisy furniture moving sounds on floor from upstairs. Super blackout curtains, but no voile or net curtain, so if you want coffee in bed, prepare to be seen by passers by Shower great although temp variable. Nice balcony / terrace area with room Toaster and micro, no coffee pot but you do get a lemon squeezer! Comfiest beds ever Excellent shop on site with long long opening times Garden beds well maintained, little peaceful areas in between blocks nice.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay during half-term week, and have had a lovely stay! The reception team were pleasant on arrival and gave a sheet to us with lots of helpful information. We requested a room towards the back of the complex as it was quieter for a 7MO son, this request was granted which we were pleased with. We had a renovated apartment which wasn't as good as our previous Globales hotel (Cala Bona), but was perfectly adequate for our stay. The large flat screen television On to the elephant in the room - the food. It was adequate, not the best food we've had in a hotel, but by far not the worst! Importantly, we didn't find the issues of flies around the food to be anywhere near as much of a problem as others have mentioned, and none of us got food poisoning/gastroenteritis as the food was cooked fairly well, and was warm. Also - desserts were outstanding, as we've discovered seems to be a trend in Globales resorts. A shout out to chef Domingo, who helped cater for our 4YO daughter's allergies every night by cooking a separate meal - excellent customer service with a smile. A bus stop is located a 3/4 minute walk away and has half-hourly trips to Ciutadella. We would think about coming back again when our children are a bit older, as its perfect for those who are 6-11 years old, not for those who are younger - we found it a little too loud for our 4YO. Overall, the Binimar exceeded my expectations and did an excellent job of providing a welcoming place to come on our son's first holiday.

Just returned from a weeks hol at the Binimar hotel . It was exactly as i would expect for a cheap week in the sun . 3 pools and even though there was a good quantity of kids , it wasn’t noisy at all . Drinks were reasonably priced on site , we didn’t eat on site so can’t comment on it . We didn’t have to interact with staff apart from checking in and out and both times the ladies on reception were pleasant. The only down point was the cleaners wanting in before 9am on a morning which I ain’t getting up for when I’m on a weeks chill time . The location of the hotel is ideal , nice little cove/beach literally next door and then the main area for bars and eateries within 10mins walk . Would definitely recommend.

Nearly finished a week here, had a lovely time , great pools, good food , staff work very hard , apartment had everything you need , would definitely return , only slight thing was at times food could be a bit hotter but other than that really enjoyed our week here and great location, easy to get out an about on buses and plenty of restaurants and English chippy in walking distance I think some of the complaints I've seen about the food are quite unfair, we've always found something we like and so did our fussy daughter.
