I already regret booking this hotel for my family of five for August 2025. I have been trying to change my reservation for two weeks but have received no assistance. The customer service is poor; the hotel reception advised me to email my request when I tried to call, but I received no response to my email. When I followed up, I was told to check the website for availability, but I received no further assistance. This is unhelpful, as I want to change my existing booking and there is no option on the website to amend reservations. As a last resort, I contacted the main Fergus hotel group email and finally received a reply. However, after confirming my request, my follow-up email has been ignored for a week. I would cancel my stay if I hadn't paid over £3,000 upfront. I seriously regret not booking a different hotel and I'm no longer looking forward to our stay.
