Amazing hotel! Excellent staff. But the best thing about the hotel is the amazing animation team they were the best I’ve ever seen especially Paige & Nacho. 😀

Overall a lovely, clean hotel with polite, helpful staff. Nice pool areas and beach. A little way from the Cala D’or main town but only €6 in a taxi. The only bad thing I would say is the food could be a bit warmer.

Our first time visiting this section of the hotel. The reception team, George, Barbara, Angels, Laura, Cory, Ines, Santiago, Miguel, Angel and Alberto, were so warm and helpful, and always smiling. Aline, the Guest Experience Manager, checks with guests that they are happy and they have everything they or need. Nothing is too much trouble. The grounds and rooms are extremely well maintained and spotlessly clean. Thank you to Peter at the bar who was always helpful and smiling. The food was lovely. I believe Pablo is a chef that we need to thank. Sorry, I don't know any other names. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location within a short walk of Cala D'or, we had a spacious and comfortable room with a terrace which was great. The staff are very friendly and do all they can to make your stay memorable, We had a week half board, the breakfast was exceptional with a choice of fresh fruits, continental or cooked in addition there was a menu with al a cart options. Dinner was nice enough with a buffet offering a good choice but as often with a buffet sometimes the food was not hot enough! The was an option very evening for a meat or fish course cooked freshly in the kitchen which was mainly good. Entertainment was provided every other night which was good fun. The only negative was after dinner there is no lounge seating area/bar for socialising which is a real shame and resulted in things winding up quite early. We ended up heading out of the hotel after dinner for entertainment, drinks etc.

I stayed here on my own and had such a great time. The hotel was super clean, and my room was always spotless. The food was tasty with lots of choice. The shows ate night time were great. Everyone was so friendly – big thanks to Pablo, Iván, and Jorge for being lovely at mealtimes. Barbara at reception was very helpful and welcoming. Aline was always smiling and made sure I felt looked after, she did everything to help me. I’d definitely come back one day.

We enjoyed our stay at MarSenses. The room was very comfortable, with a huge balcony. The breakfast is amazing and has various options, with warm dishes, fresh fruit, juices, dishes made by request, etc. The same applies to dinner. The staff was very welcoming and helped with everything needed, especially Pablo, Aline, and Inês, making our stay even more pleasant. The hotel has great accessibility and is located 2 steps from Cala Ferrera.

We booked this as an adults only, i would say its adult focused not adult only .. This hotel has no reception and no lounge area to sit off after dinner (not that you will be eating the dinner) you have to use the family hotel for reception and lounge iv never heard of this before .. The family hotel is directly above the adult only part and i can only describe the sound is like being in a play centre all day .. The food is served in little bowls more often than not cold, the meat must be the cheapest cuts on the whole island so fatty most people lived on chips and bread .. The desert consist of a choice of a piece of cake or melon not an ice cream in site .. My husband complained to the head waiter as a few people did with a responce of "i dont speak english" Ailene is very good and the staff are so nice, but not much changes even after complaining .. The house keeping is not very good beds were not changed in the whole week, room terraces and public areas never get brushed or hozed down .. People from the AI family hotel above come and sit in the adults only part and bring there free drinks down .. Happy to be going home after a week .. PS bring a good ant and bug spray

Bad service in the restaurant. They did wrong with every order we made during our whole stay. Calm and nice pool area
