We celebrated our 48 th Anniversary to a lovely bottle of sparkling. Our Romantic Room with a sunken tube and spacious shower. Our room 122 was directly off the large pool. Breakfast is Eggs Royale and a generous selection of Italian Breakfast items.Dinner was Michelin Quality with beautiful presentation and a diversified wine list. Private parking is provided. Beautifully Landscaped Gardens. 25 minute drive to Taormina and 1 hour drive to Catania. Randazzo is a thrilling drive thru vineyards and views of lava fields and Mt. Etna. The entire property speaks to an “Old World Elegance “ As a hotel owner I can say Well Done!

We had the most wonderful time at Castello San Marco! It is a real jewel offering great comfort, relax and most of all authenticity and a beautiful surrounding park available to all guests. Important to add the warm hospitality we experienced from everyone we have interacted, showing professionalism and a genuine interest to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Special mentioning the beautiful lounges and communal areas, the swimming pool, the ease of access to the beach, the super delicious breakfast, the amazing restaurant ... and absolutely everyone, Flavia, Marco, Carlo, everyone at Castello! What a treat to be able to spend a few nights in this beautiful oasis. The minute we arrived. Marco greeted us and The lovely ladies at the desk were welcoming friendly, helpful, professional. Every inch of the property was beautifully maintained and gave us a great sense of being in historic Sicily feeling like royalty . The restaurant which we ate at two nights was a surprise ,Michelin star food, cleverly and tastefully each course was delicious. Wine list was full of beautiful Sicilian wines and a showstopper was having a very special cocktail made right at our table. I have had the good fortune from working so hard my life to stay at many four and five star hotels around the world and this will not disappoint . Our room was so comfortable, tastefully decorated & beautiful I didn’t want to leave the room . The beach was just steps away, and we swam in the beautiful Ionian Sea , the hotel is a destination, (we did go winetasting during the day at Benanti an excellent tour and tasting) hotel definitely worth a stay if you need to relax and want to be pampered -oh, and the swimming pool was magnificent along with serving cocktails and food poolside.

We spend four days of relaxations..massage great dinner at the garden restaurant but the highlight was Rosario bar tender he makes his own drinks and spray ! He has made this stay unforgettable..:) would recommend anyone coming to Sicily to come here its like 20 minutes from Taormina and less crowded and very peaceful:)

We stayed here with our small children and had a fantastic experience. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and the service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and the food was absolutely delicious. We even enjoyed the best amaro we’ve ever tasted! We 100% recommend this to everyone. We hope to be back soon!

Stayed just one night in this lovely boutique hotel as part of an Etna Wine tour evaluation. To encompass the full experience and features needed more time but the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the grounds lovely and the swimming pool is close to the private beach. The food in the restaurant was Michelin star standard with excellent service and we were made very welcome by the management team. I would have liked to have seen more but can highly recommend this establishment and would have no hesitation in using it.

Castello San Marco is one of my all time favorite properties— the staff is incredible— I’ve worked closely with Flavia—who is wonderful—and Cinzia at the front desk combined with Davide’s humor are a perfect welcome. There are so many wonderful people to name— and when you want one of the best drinks, have Rosario make you one of his delicious signature cocktails. He is a gem!! The food and new dining room are exceptional with Mario running the show. I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Grazia, she is truly an incredible woman with great stories to share about the property. Her entire family is wonderful. This property is not to be missed when in Sicily — you won’t want to leave!

This was our last stop for 5 nights in Sicily. Without doubt the most beautiful luxurious property we have ever stayed in . We stayed in one of the largest Villas on site .The rooms were so big with a king size bed and a bath room that could fit 10 people . We woke up every morning with views to Mt Etna before sitting down to a full buffet breakfast which was simply out standing. Staff here were incredible from reception where you were greeted by Flavia, Cinzia or Alexandria . The property is located in walking distance to San Marco beach. If you want to experience something special here, have dinner under the stars in the out door garden restaurant. This property offers lots of activities for families and couples. Truly amazing.
