Very nice hotel that offers a fairly varied meal for buffet and also for breakfast. The room is spacious and well soundproofed, the cleaning was not impeccable (a few hairs here and there). Overall we had a good stay, we were not able to enjoy the jacuzzi on the terrace because some blinds were no longer in place which left a lot of vis-à-vis.

I choose spa because I onew it would be an adventure in kitsch and historic faded beauty. It was all of this and more. At times it felt like a scene from Kubrick's the Shining and at other times it was straight out of a Wes Anderson film with shades of Sorentino. If you are looking for relaxation and or romance, this is not the spa for you. The massages are basic and lacking joy, the facilities have seen better days and there is a constant groaning coming from all corners of the 134 year old building. Honestly, its not great but there is a charm of times past, where people would holiday in these places for their health both physical and mental. Our fellow residents consisted mostly of octogenarians and their families which I found FANTASTIC. The sound of mobility walkers resonated through the halls throughout the day and evenings. The staff offer no explanations for anything. There are no rules posted no information as to how to best use the tiny antiquated spa. You are just left to figure it out. The spa felt as if it was simply creaking through each day awaiting the end, much like its patrons. If you have a bit of a dark sense of humour and a love for the slightly bizarre in the every day, this is the spa for you.

Great choice!
The room and all spaces I passed by were very clean. I liked the idea of not wasting water and not changing towels so often. The spa was amazing. It was a very relaxing stay. The hotel has a luxurious feel, like more than 3 stars. I definitely recommend people to go above all for the spa. It is totally worth it. And have breakfast at the hotel. So many tasty choices.

Great environment for relax. We had planned only a basic Spa treatment. However, we decided to try new experiences from the wide offer of treatments since we were really satisfied. The hotel staff are caring professionals. What to say about food? We have always enjoyed the gastronomy offered at the Vichy's Restaurant. Just go and check it out for yourself.

Had a present for 50 mins of spa and lunch. Spa was very small in comparison to the huge building of Vichy Catalan which was so impressive from the outside. Obviously an impressive centre years ago, but I felt a bit outdated. The changing room was extremely small with 3 people it’s full. The rest of the Spa area was a bit limited. Lunch was a three course affair, it was a reasonable menu.
