"Apartments are great, everything you need and clean. No balcony just a little step outside the sliding doors. We didn't know we would have to pay 100 euros deposit then the hotel decides if its clean enough when you leave before they return it. We asked for clean towels and were told no, they change them every 3 days. You get to use the hotel pool, roof top pool is amazing. Most of the staff were pleasant. Overall a good stay"

"Very helpful Staff ,, but Not enough staff working.. food very disappointing especially breakfast at €18 per person , great selection of fresh fruits but hot meat options very greasy unable to eat …everyday just cooked and left in a mountain of fat .. dirty cups .. but this is a Smokers Hotel .. everywhere Guests were smoking in all outside areas including close to the restaurant and lobby and all Pools area .. if your outside you will be inhaling someone s ‘ smoke .. the spa was closed for the week we were there , no reason giving so can’t make a comment was planning on booking treatments.. if you booking this hotel for spa you need to confirm if it’s open .. out bedroom was lovely .. WiFi is limited.. poor reception/ speed throughout the Hotel.."

"This is not a hotel, but as the sign outside proclaims Hostal Bonavista. Although the rooms had everything needed for a couple of nights, a weeks stay showed the difference between a Hostal and a Hotel. The rooms were very dark as were the stairs, ideally we should have brought a torch to find the keyhole to our door. There is only 2 sockets in the room, they are both located on the centre of the bedhead. There is a further socket in the bathroom. The balcony is very small and not suited for sitting out on. If you are a smoker there is ONE ashtray in the place, that is by the front door. Breakfasts were good but we did miss the opportunity to make tea or coffee in the room. There is a lounge but again if you want to sit and read take a head torch with you."

"Neat hotel, nice room, good location. I was there in July, but what I missed was a blanket on the bed; there was only a sheet on the bed and no blanket in the closet either. I told them the next day that you have to ask for a blanket at the reception desk. I found that odd, and now I was unnecessarily cold, which wasn't necessary. The breakfast was excellent, and you can also visit the spa for €12 per person."

"After just coming back from ght balmes I thought I would leave a review, at first was a bit sceptical after seeing some of the reviews. Once arrived the staff was lovely from the start always there to help when needed . The pool and pool bar was amazing and decent price for drinks and food. The room was cleaned every day and it is very basic but need to remember this is a 3 star hotel. There is only 2 things for me that I can moan about that is the evening food wasn’t great some of the nights so we decided to eat out and had to come down to reception a few times as the card for door stopped working something to do if you have it in a bag with a phone it resets it . Other then this great stay and already planning on returning next year with the kids"
