"The hotel's location is excellent, the staff is polite and helpful, but everything else leaves much to be desired. The room was so dirty and dusty that they replaced it, but I still had to clean the closet before putting away my clothes. The furniture was old and smelled unpleasant (we had to keep the balcony open all the time, even at night). The shower door didn't close properly, causing a flood in the bathroom after each use. After informing the staff, they simply gave us an extra towel for our feet. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable (we both woke up with headaches and felt sore in the morning). They replaced the pillows with towels (sure, it wasn't the most comfortable to sleep, but at least we didn't have a headache). The food was a complete disappointment. The food was good and high-quality, but everything was poorly prepared: overcooked, dry, and often cold. We didn't go hungry, but we didn't enjoy the food at all. Conclusion: convenient location and polite staff, but nothing more. A complete mismatch between price and quality."

"Where do I start. On arrival at 1030am, we were told our room wouldn't be ready till 2pm. Not good when its hot and you cant change. The room was basic, but cold and beds and sheets were uncomfortable. I was with my mum in a wheelchair. Only a small handful of people were kind, cant say much about the others, waiting for the lift was horrendous, even tho there was a lift for wheelchairs, rude, selfish, lazy people were using the lift instead of stairs when they are fully capable so wait time for the lift was up to 10 mins sometimes, people have zero consideration for others. Restaurant was horrific. Like a cattle market. People pushing into you, rushing to get food, never known so many rude people. Food wasn't great, not much choice, especially for children. Pool area was okay, although people spoil it for others. A group of 4 were there, drunk. One pulled his pants down. Not what I wanted my daughter to see. Bar and the all inclusive system was shocking. Pedro on the bar was unwelcoming, rude and not friendly. Didn't crack a smile once. Got told there was no ice creams, and you had to pay for cocktails. Very very limited. Entertainment was rubbish. Spent our days at the beach, and with a wheelchair not ideal but had no choice as the hotel was just like a crazy circus. No chance of getting a sunbed as people put towels on early and keep them there all day even when they are not there and not using them. So selfish. Sat at a table the 1st day and a piece of glass fell from the balcony and hit me. Could have been my daughter. Wasn't happy with the holiday at all. You pay good money and we never had a good experience here. Im not one to leave reviews but I don't want anyone experiencing what we did. Leak in the entertainment room, then people selfishly put there chairs in a row over the puddles and moved the wet floor sign where I had to push a wheelchair through, not 1 person moved and I slipped on the water as I couldn't see where the water was. The rules for the pool were non existent, people breaking the rules but if you were Spanish it was okay to break the rules, English you got told not to break the rules. The hotel makes you feel uncomfortable and stressed. Not a holiday if you ask me. The room was supposed to be cleaned, but never looked like it had been. Total waste of money, especially for the all inclusive."

"Cute beach get-away, an hour from the hustle and bustle of Barcelona. Beautiful beaches 1 minute walking distance away and a wonderful rooftop lounge and pool bar. The breakfast is extremely generous. The room was amazing! Super clean and beautiful and bright."

"A great hotel for a family vacation. It's on the coast, a 3-minute walk to the beach, and the food is excellent—breakfast and dinner were excellent. We stayed here but commuted to Barcelona every day. There's a train station or bus stop nearby, so you can take the night bus from Barcelona. The room was spacious, the staff was friendly, and they were helpful with everything we needed."
