Room was as advertised and fit everyone comfortably! Location was great!
Only downfall, I sent in my credit card to have on file for my grandparents to easily check in to the hotel and not need to provide anything, however upon arrival, front desk demanded they also provide another credit card for the deposit. Weird, since they already had mine and the form filled out for the deposit.

This place is so soundproof... Can you even call it a hotel? It's a total embarrassment. I got into the room around 6am and the noise from the other room was so loud that I was thankful that the kids didn't come, but now at 4:30am, the room upstairs is so noisy that I wake up and I can't sleep because of the noise. ㅜㅜ
They don't operate a separate shuttle, so you have to take a taxi from a designated company and don't pay, but go to the front desk and get a voucher... But the taxi driver didn't know. My English is not good, and for a moment I thought I was getting a refund, so I paid, but they said they couldn't process it.
During the weekend, breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9:30.
I didn't know it would start this late;; I made sure breakfast was included for no reason ㅠㅠ

Some space next to the hotel lobby is under renovation. Free American breakfast is provided. The suite we booked includes two separate king-size bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is connected to the living room. There is a sofa bed in the living room (suitable for one person). The kitchen provides a refrigerator, microwave and necessary cooking utensils and tableware. The seasoning only provides salt and pepper. Although the facilities, furniture and decoration are a bit old, they are all very useful.
