Satisfied with the service from this hotel they change and re-arrange the room every day even without requesting it. Breakfast was good as well and you will never see an empty display from the buffet room. Highly recommended this place.

if you’re looking for an accommodation outside downtown yet very accessible, this is a nice place. The only downside is that, they dont give bedroom slippers, toothbrush and complimentary water

An old hotel with a good location and service attitude. Free parking is available in the underground parking lot. It is very close to the Banff Trail light rail station and has convenient transportation.
The room is clean and tidy. The facilities are a bit old, but well maintained. There are refrigerators and microwaves. There are many sockets in the room, which is very user-friendly.
The breakfast is average. This is the breakfast of North American hotels. It is incomparable with domestic ones.
