The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities are also great.

Clean and comfy stay—just remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste!

The location is sketchy. Parking is weird and small. The smallest and the most inconvenient holiday Inn I ever went. I wouldn't recommend it. There was somebody outside that looked suspicious during check n and check out. This stay changed my perspective about staying in Holiday Inn in the future. Sorry.

Very close to downtown. GOOD BREAKFAST, parking free.. Just asking for water bottle.

The staff are so good! They are thoughtful and warm. Happy to have detox fruit water in the lobby but no drinking water is provided in room. The room heater is a little bit noisy. The room is old too. This is a hotel with good service.

The worst holiday inn that I have stayed. After check in, they told us the elevator doesn’t work and we have to climb 9 floors…

All good except there is only plastic cutlery & paper plates at breakfast, so it is nearly impossible cut anything or eat your food properly.

The hotel is good. Parking is free. Breakfasts are simple, but you can have a snack)) There are a lot of homeless people and ********** in the area, as in the whole city, but the hotel is quiet. Thanks to the guys at the reception, everything is fast and neat!!

The location is not bad, and the food at the nearby Korean restaurant is delicious~~ The staff is friendly, and the room is clean~ The breakfast is also basic~ ~~~~

The air conditioner in the house was too noisy. During my stay, the neighboring couple and their dog barked non-stop from 12:00 a.m. until nearly 3:00 a.m. During this time, I did not hear the hotel management stop them. The hotel management level is poor. The deposit collected on April 8, 2025 has not been refunded to my credit card yet. The hotel should pay attention to its image. Delaying the refund is tantamount to overcharging and price gouging. Ctrip only cares about sales and does not supervise the hotel's subsequent refunds. This has harmed the rights of consumers. I hope Ctrip will do its due diligence to resolve the deposit issue.
