Staff was accommodating. Room was spacious. Jacuzzi was good but the hot water tap was leaking a little.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel near the airport. They had a free shuttle service to and from the airport. It was actually a direct bill between Associated Checker Cab Company and the hotel, but no matter. It was very convenient and easy for me to use. My room was on the fourth floor and its hallway noise was minimal. The front desk agents were nice and professional. I had them call a taxi for me a couple of times to go downtown. I really liked the breakfast attendant, a young Asian man. He was smiling, friendly, and seemed to enjoy his job. Breakfast had a lot of choices and hot food (eggs and turkey sausages) tasted really good. It was served buffet style so you cannot leave hungry. The breakfast area was very clean and maintained. Coffee was hot (medium roast) and tasted fresh with a slight nutty flavor. The breakfast buffet was busy when I came downstairs, but I didn't have to wait very long. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to other travelers. For the price paid, it was very good quality. Just keep mind, if you do take a taxi cab to downtown area for sightseeing, plan on $40 one way after including a tip.

Good location

The hotel is about 8 kilometers away from the airport. There is no bus, but there is free pick-up at the airport hotel, which is convenient. There are no commercial facilities around, making shopping and dining inconvenient. The room is very large, with complete and new facilities, clean and comfortable. However, some facilities are not very reasonable, such as the bathtub is too small and the toilet is hung horizontally. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The price is a bit high.

The hotel is very new and renovated. The toiletries are okay. Worth recommending It's just that the air conditioner doesn't work well I wanted to use the coffee machine to make coffee in the morning. When I opened the water bottle, it was full of dust. Should this be changed? Hygiene: Hygiene details are not good, especially the coffee machine. It has not been cleaned and is full of dust. At first, there were not enough amenities, but when I told the front desk, they gladly provided them. The staff were all kind, especially the male cleaning staff at night. When I was in trouble, he talked to me and carefully showed me where the room was.
