My favorite hotel. In some rooms noise are very intense from heating old systems

Good location, close to tram (5 mins walk). Bed and pillows are very comfortable.

Best hotel

Comfortable hotel. It was easy to get to using the public bus from the airport: a stop just a couple of minutes away. Beds comfortable. What I liked was that the coffee maker could be used to heat water so I was able to make tea.

Wonderful service, the hotel personnel is one of the best in my experience, especially Ivy and Ar Rum who were very welcoming, helpful, and professional. The the service they provided and the way they portray the the best possible hotel experience is what you expect when you travel. Thanks to the hotel personnel my stay was at Ramada was a great experience. I would definitely recommend the hotel only because of its staff. The hotel itself is very old and requires to be renovated. However, it was impeccably clean, well done housekeeping. Every single person I met who works for the hotel was very friendly and pleasant to interact with.

The hotel is outdated and the carpet is dirty. The room has bad soundproofing. No refrigerator and only paper cups are provided for brushing teeth. When we left the room at 2 pm one day, we met the house maid in the corridor and requested her to tidy up the room. She promised reluctantly. When we came back, the room was not cleaned. Poor customer service.

My partner and I stayed here for a night during our travels to the mountains. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. However the rooms were a bit of chaos. Our first room the thermostat was broken and it was uncomfortably hot. We tried to tough it out with the janky fan in the closet but was terrible. The front desk was able to move us to another room quickly. However, the second room a the worst smell of mold/mildew. Almost as if wet towels or something were hiding in there. The front desk quickly moved us to another room which was finally comfortable and clean. They kindly offered us breakfast vouchers for the morning which was nice. Valet also let us stay parked for a few hours extra after check out. :)

The stay was pleasant overall. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were kind and attentive. It’s a good option for a simple and relaxing stay.
