Delta Hotels Calgary Airport in-Terminal Reviews

I recently stayed at the Delta Hotel near the airport and found the experience quite frustrating overall. The hotel was very confusing to locate. Even after speaking with two staff members, it took me about 20 minutes to actually find it, which was not a great start—especially after traveling. At check-in, I was told I would receive a room upgrade due to my membership, but this didn’t end up being the case, which was disappointing. Additionally, service at the front desk was quite slow, and it took a while before I was even attended to.

The checkin went very smoothly and my room was clean and spacious. It was very convenient to the Calgary Airport. Although it was connected I only found the bridge way that lead to the parking garage and then found entrance to hotel. When you walk out the hotel front door you can see the entrance to the airport. You can reach the entrance in less than a minute. I will definitely stay again when in Calgary. I especially love the added security of needed my room keycard to operate the elevators. There is a phone near the elevator should you lock yourself out.

Very good location if u took Air Canada, but if you take other airline, you may consider Marriott hotel, can sleep a bit late if take a morning flight

This is unique to Canada and where it can be very cold, so the hotel is located with direct connection to the airport terminal, what can one ask for when the outside temperature is freezing? The hotel is new and room is well maintained.

The room was fantastic, with excellent facilities and a very good breakfast. 👍 This hotel is right next to the passenger terminal, a 5-minute walk. The hotel description states it's 4.5 kilometers from the terminal, but it's not that far.

The location is truly excellent. Arriving early in the morning was no problem, and renting a car right at the airport was also a breeze. The route is perfect.

If the room faces inward, you will hear the sound of the restaurant in the room. There is only one restaurant in the hotel, so you have no choice. You have to walk to the airport to find other restaurant options, some are cheap and some are expensive.

The room is small, you have to order breakfast, and you have to pay for anything over CAD 35/person. There is a parking fee, and it takes two minutes to walk to the parking lot. Mute is OK. I booked a hotel last minute, out of desperation. I won't come back again.

Very good accessibility from the airport. Satisfactory room condition and breakfast. However, I stayed in a room with a window facing the lobby. I keep hearing music at night
