Hotel was lovely. They worked to get us our bed set up of choice. The security gentleman were exceptionally kind! Very short walk from the hotel to both the Pacifico mall and the Chipichape.

Sono stata in questo hotel con il mio compagno per una vacanza a cali, il personale è molto cortese ed accogliente, le camere sono dotate di molti servizi e si operano subito per risolvere i problemi, ad esempio quando siamo arrivati ho notato che le lenzuola erano sporche e piene di peli (lascio foto allegate) ed ho chiamato subito la reception che mi ha fatto rifare immediatamente il letto, mi dispiace perché se non era per questo inconveniente avrei messo 4 * ..credo sia importantissima la pulizia specialmente in questo periodo di pandemia e l'errore di una cameriera svogliata ha fatto abbassare l'immagine dell'hotel! La colazione è essenziale ma molto comoda specialmente perché hai la possibilità di consumarla in camera o nella terrazza dell'hotel, se capita torno con piacere! Lo consiglio per la qualità/prezzo!

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, sauber, ruhige Lage, zu Fuss 10 Minuten ins Chipichape-Einkaufszentrum. Das Restaurant im EG ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten das grösste Zimmer (101) und haben 3 schöne Wochen dort. Frühstück ist einfach aber lecker.
