Sleep Inn & Suites California MD

The overall stay was good. I did have a few concerns. My top cover had some stains so we removed it.The rest of the room was clean. They did have breakfast it was ok n convenient. They had parking but we had to park in the back of the building only a few spots out front. The bed was very comfortable n it was quiet most of the time. For the low price we paid it was a good weekend.

It was beautiful, clean and I felt like I was there on opening day. Everything looked brand new! I especially loved the door to the shower. Curtains are annoying. I was a little concerned about the back door not locking completely after each use. Hope there is a camera back there. Loved being so close to the navy air base. Great to see Solomon’s too!

I am impressed how cleaned and quiet and breakfast was good too. Definitely coming back again

I Like breakfast. But I don’t like air conditioner because it is so cold, but no control

The breakfast was awful. The first morning, there was nothing hot out. The second morning, the food was horrible. The third morning, the scrambled eggs were extremely overcooked. It takes a complete lack of passion to serve breakfast that poorly.

The room is clean and well-maintained. The shower has an opposite hot/cold dial adjustment. However, there is no welcome water available in the lobby or kitchen areas. When I requested hot water, the staff on duty was hesitant and slow to assist me, showing a lack of prompt service.

We were rather late coming in - 8 pm. Our check-in was actually rather quick and pleasant, but when we walked into our room we discovered it was not cleaned at all. Replacing the room, on the other hand took almost 40 minutes... and let's just say was exhausting. here is what was the worst part of our stay. We were there for a late sports event and we asked for late checkout. Not for free! Well, that WAS NOT an option. At all. The only way I was told I would get to keep my room even an hour (or two) later was to pay for the entire night. Rooms (both that we got a chance to witness) were tiny and cramped, water pressure in the shower was not there (taking a shower was just hard) and... it was not a pleasant experience over-all. We have to be in the area AT LEAST twice-a-year for MD States competitions and suffice it to say I will do my absolute best NOT to have to stay at this Hotel.

- Ants in the room that were not immediately addressed. - Fitness center could not be opened with the room key.

Excellent service and very professional service 👏
