The overall service is good, except the waiters in the restaurant would never provide for the things u ask, e.g tomato sauce, ice, an additional plate,etc.
For the half board, the restaurant will change the menu everyday n u can choose 1 starter, 1 main course , 1 dessert amongst the 2 or 3 choices.
The room is very spacious n clean, comfy bed but the layout is no good.
It is strange to have the bed in the middle of the room with the bath tub, wash basin n toilet surrounding the bed.
But the cpu value is high compared with lots of other hotels in Mauritius. The room with jacuzzi is recommended

The stay was totally enjoyable from beginning to end. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, nice to us, we felt like we were unique every day. The location of the hotel is great, the room super big and super beautiful. The breakfast as well as the dinner are super good.

I would firstly like to thank the hotel manager Mr Rajen Chellappen. He makes sure your stay runs smoothly & really cares about his residents. If there a problem he sorts it out. He’s always popping up to check on his residents & staff throughout the day., My husband & I stayed there for 2weeks for our 25th wedding anniversary. The whole team made sure our dinner on the beach went without a hitch. The food, lighting, & flowers were beautiful. SWATAM the bar manager is the person who makes everything run like clockwork when he’s at the bar & in the restaurant area.,he makes the best cocktails & when he’s around, there’s always a big smile that greets you & lights up the room. Also Fabrice , his laugh & humour was great. He was another who always went above & beyond to make our already perfect day even greater.,We would also like to thank Olanike, Ramma, Lanedo Ishika, Manav, Ryan, Joseph , Ragini & Adarsh . I’m sorry if I have missed anyone out. But you are all great. Ok now the other points… The suites are a big space. Lovely lounge area, huge egg shaped baths & big walk in showers. Four poster beds.,Generally the cleaning could be better but after mentioning it, it got better. The food & presentation is excellent. I had some of the best curries I’ve ever had here. The deserts are dreamy if you have a sweet tooth. The pool & beach area are so picturesque. Just like a postcard. Kayaks and other beach activities are free. The reception staff always on hand to help, there’s parking on site. We will see you in April next year.

The views are breathtaking, the staff are friendly and helpful, we loved the royal suite with private pool for my birthday celebration, the food is delicious. The hammam and spa treatment are out of this world. Big thanks to Abhirauv, Rama, Joseph, Girish, and the Spa team. Perfect for cozy and relaxing getaways.

Our visit to the Sea Diamond Boutique Hotel was an absolutely amazing experience. The Hotel is brand new, the rooms spacious and well-maintained. We were spoilt by the Hotel Staff and their professionalism is outstanding. Special Thank you to Manav for his Leadership and service excellence at all times.
