Hotels Near Visitation of Lady Parish in Caloocan

The hotel is very well located for using public transportation, as it is very close to the “North Avenue” stop of MRT3 (which is currently the final stop on the MRT3 line, leading from there southwards along the EDSA highway). Another public transport line, LRT1, can also be reached on foot, only that the nearest station “Roosevelt” was closed in late November / early December 2021, so it will take a while to walk further to the now final stop on that line, “Balintawak”. There is currently construction ongoing for a new line close to the hotel, which I believe will be named MRT7, giving even more connections with public transport (east-wards, out of Quezon City / Metro Manila). Due to the construction, I heard sometimes noise during the night coming from the outside. In about 30 minutes walking distance is the Ninoy Aquino Park, a peaceful place with animals and places for picknick, or simply to rest from the city noise. Also, the Quezon Memorial Circle, another park, can be visited for recreational purposes and is very close to the before-mentioned Ninoy Aquino Park. Due to Covid-19 measurements, breakfast – which was included in the price – was brought to the room. Hotel staff was friendly to me, and I want to thank everyone of the hotel team as well as the security personnel. At the reception desk I was treated well by Jonna, and by the other front desk staff, for which I am thankful.

Pretty much brand new hotel which represents outstanding budget value in location convenient for Trinoma and SM North malls. Staff are courteous and helpful, also good security from attentive and polite guards. Rooms and showers very compact, neat and clean. Beats the competition from Red Planet and Go Hotels. Also free onsite parking and good WiFi (although went down on one night we stayed there).

The hotel has a nice upscale feel, especially in the lobby and restaurant areas, which fit its five-star branding. However, some corridors and rooms show signs of wear, suggesting they haven't been updated recently. While the design is still elegant, certain areas could benefit from renovation to match the luxury of the public spaces. Service was above average, and the staff were generally efficient, but I noticed a lack of warmth at times. Front desk and security staff, though professional, could be more welcoming. Simple gestures like a smile or greeting would enhance the guest experience. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there’s room for improvement in both upkeep and guest interactions.

We love the hotel. Everything exceeds our expectations. My kids love staying here. Everything smells so fresh. Far way different to all the hotels we have been to. Staffs are so hospitable, all willing to help and assist. We couldn't ask for more. I would just like yo special mention Daryl from the housekeeping department he always extends his helping hands to us specially me who has two children, always asking me and us if we need anything else and help he can gives us. The managers at the Ridge Cafe deserve special mention for their professionalism, unwavering hospitality, and infectious jolliness. They ensured that every meal was served with care and attention to detail. They effortlessly managed the bustling café, yet never failed to accommodate our specific requests and dietary preferences. Their dedication to providing excellent service was evident in every interaction, leaving a lasting positive impression on us. Moreover, the staff at the pool area reflected the same level of commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction. They were always available to assist with our needs and consistently made us feel comfortable. Whether it was providing extra towels, adjusting the poolside umbrellas, or delivering refreshing beverages, they attended to every request promptly and with a genuine smile.

All i can say that the over all experience was good , the place was quite , clean and also everything you need was in the area already ,, if your looking for food breakfast , lunch dinner everything was in the area very accessible also help us a lot was the 7/11 ,, cafe , mall , street food also easy to access on the area ,, for concert goers like us too it was so nice that you only ride 1 jeep to puregold bucaue ,, and book Angkas or joyride much cheaper going to arena . We stayed during 10 day quarantine: Pros: friendly staff. They serve good food. Cons: The hotel is ran down bad, dirty floors and bathroom. The window that leads to the vents have dirty sanitary napkin. Missing light bulbs. Stain walls. The window cover was falling apart from rust. The AC literally have ice so it stopped working and hard to be turn off. Mosquitoes in the room. The hallway smells cigarette smokes. There’s no AC in the hallway. The fake grass in the hotel entry/driveway is dirty The toilet dont flush that good. We had to call the maintenance for assistance. The hotel walls are dingy. No elevator. No windows in our room (3rd floor) which is depressing knowing you are quarantined for 10 days without seeing the outside. They dont maintain the rooms clean and very outdated which is very disappointing. Stay elsewhere!

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the staff are nice and helpful. The room is really bad. The window in my room doesn't have access to sunlight, outside the window is a closed space where you can't see anything. Making the room dark and feels like you are inside a dungeon. Who builds rooms without windows that have access to sunlight?? The bedsheets are thin and doesn't look clean. I have found several small cockroaches in my room.

We had a pleasant 2-night stay at Novotel (room only, no breakfast). Service was excellent (they provided a cake for us to celebrate our anniversary, and we asked for late check out which they kindly accepted), The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good wifi connection if you need to work. The location is great with lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The gym is open 24/7 (attended 6am-11pm) and there is a steam room but we didn’t use it. The gelato on 1F was pretty good! Couple of areas for improvement: - the walls were thin so we could hear people next door talking, or the shower adjacent to ours - our rainfall shower did not work and there is no shower door so the floor got a bit wet - there are not many amenities available - only body wash, shampoo, hand wash, body lotion, toothbrushes
