Love the spa great location

I stay here every time I go to Caloundra. It’s convenient to go anywhere. The sea is just 3 minutes away. It’s great.

First night was horrendous, standing water on hall and bathroom tiles made it hazardous to attend bathroom at night. Not helped by tail end of a cyclone making very wet weather. Next morning managed to transfer to a much larger room at nominal extra cost. Enjoyed rest of our stay there, despite fire alarm going off 3 times within a couple of hours.

If a resort calls itself Ocean Views then it is not unreasonable to expect an Ocean View. Sadly not the case. Maybe scruffy backyard view would be more appropriate. Also the ridiculously complex security system drove everyone crazy! Otherwise it was OK.

Clean and modern building that was centrally located and close to beaches. Only issue was the hot water was almost non existent. It was luke warm in the shower at best. Reception wasn't open at the time so unable to pass on comments to management.

Love the location and layout of property. Nice roomy and spacious rooms and great size kitchen and bathrooms. Some appliances and white goods are a little dated and compared to other rooms sometimes the couches are a little dated too. Beds are always really comfortable though. Air con in the foyer is always very very cold !!!

Clean and spacious room. Nice pool and rooftop for the warm days (great views from the roof!). Shower head was broken and difficult to balance in place but everything else in room was great.

Lovely little motel, clean and tidy with happy, friendly staff. Pool, spa, sauna and large rooftop BBQ area with views. We had an ocean view room but the view is disappearing as new buildings take its place. Short stroll to cafes, shops and the water.

Ocean view was a short walk from shops, restaurants and the beach. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. Great customer service. We would happily stay here again.

Perfectly central location - very close to beach and restaurants. A bit noisy. Spectacular and very well equipped roof terrace.
