Very welcoming hosts, comfortable lounge, room provided all that could be needed with hearty enjoyable breakfast. Off road parking in gated front. Will recommend. The nearby Fox and Grapes offers friendly atmosphere and good food. If eating do book.

Lovely accommodating owners of the guest house. Nice room and bathroom. Area to sit downstairs and watch the TV, which was lovely. Surrounded by nice walks and a local pub. Breakfast was also nice. I cannot fault the place.

Best B&B ever!!! Welcoming when the door first opened, great hosts and worth the drive to get to. Not advised if you are looking for city amenities but for a Yorkshire experience, priceless. Thanks Cheryl and Jack - look forward to the next time !

Lovely overnight stay while walking the Dales way. The house is decorated to a high standard and our room was very comfortable. Owners Jack and Cheryl were very helpful and welcoming. We strongly recommend Cleveliot House and would be very happy to stay again if we return to Starbotton.

What can I say not enough. Jack and Shelly were the most amazind hosts. A beautiful well appointed home. Breakfast prepared by Jack just sublime, they complement each otherin a wonderful way. We were privileged to have been in their company for sadly 2 nights. We will without stay for longer next time. For sure you will not be disappointed. Thank you both. We will cherish all you have done to go over that extra mile for your customers.

This has got to be the friendliest and easy going village in the dales. We had a lovely weekend with our Labrador made all the better from the hospitality of Jack and Cheryl who could not do enough for us. Their home is beautiful and we were lucky to share it for the weekend.

Beautiful b&b in the village of Starbotton. Jack and Cheryl were wonderful hosts, very welcoming and friendly. As soon as we arrived after a long journey we were made to feel at home. Lovely, well equipped and spacious room, lovely bathroom too. Breakfast was superb, couldn't fault it. All in all a lovely experience. Try the Fox and Hounds pub less than 50 metres away, superb food served here too.

Nice stay in Starbotton. Lovely B&B in a stunning location. A warm welcome from Jack and Cheryl. The walk from Starbotton to Arncliffe over the top has to be one of the best walks we have done in all our years walking the Yorkshire Dales. A definite revisit.
