The hotel reception lady charged me double payment

The hotel facilities were very good. Only disappointment was that the coffee machine was out of order most of the time. This was extremely inconveniencing since there are no facilities to prepare coffee in the rooms.

Very good value for money for a spacious room with breakfast included. Great location, near bus stops with services to Lyon City Centre and Cité Internationale. Wifi was down for a day but the issue was fixed rather promptly and no problems for the rest of my stay. Just to take note that there is no safe deposit box in my room category (room with double bed).

Convenient hotel for the services it offers such as underground parking with direct access to the room via elevator, good and varied breakfast. Reception available for any requests. 24-hour vending machines for drinks and snacks. A little far from the center, and some problems with the parking codes and to be able to find a place in the garage, some more indications should be put.

I arrived early, but I couldn't enter my room until check-in time at 2pm. There are no keys. You are given a piece of paper with your room number and a 6-digit PIN to unlock the room. If you lose this piece of paper, the hotel name, room number and PIN will be known, so I memorized the PIN and left it in my room before going out. You can only borrow a TV remote control or hair dryer if you request it from the front desk. Hot water can be made in the kitchen, and there is a microwave in front of the elevator, which is convenient. I think this is a well-balanced hotel for the price.

There are no toiletries or boiling water facilities in the room. It is relatively simple.
