The territory is clean, well-kept. The sea, the beach are wonderful. The cocktails are tasteless, they don't know how to make them. Their assortment is 3 cocktails, they pour the same thing, it's impossible to drink. The rooms are good. The pastries are terrible, there's nothing to choose from. There seems to be a lot of food, but there's nothing to eat. We must give credit to the Fobo soup that they pour. Very tasty. The rest - nothing special.

New and modern hotel.
Pros:
1. Spacious room, good sound insulation, has everything you need: kettle, tea set, refrigerator, safe, water replenished every day, 2 bottles, shampoos, conditioners, toothbrushes, hairdryer (powerful), slippers, bathrobes. Everything is new, the mattress and pillows are comfortable, the bed sheets are snow-white, the towels are soft and fluffy. Wi-Fi is normal except during peak hours. Large flat Smart TV with YouTube.
2. Cleaning and change of towels daily, bed sheets every 2-3 days. It’s convenient that the do not disturb button next to the bed turns on the red indicator at the entrance. They clean well, they try very hard, but sometimes they forget about the balcony and under the bed.
3. The hotel area itself is clean and well-groomed, there are two large swimming pools of different depths, there are beautiful areas for photos, as well as several playgrounds, a small water park for kids and a children's room with trampolines and slides in the hotel itself.
4. The staff is responsive, the guys from the reception are trying to help, all the employees from the cleaners to the gardeners are polite, smiling and welcoming.
5. The first line, the beach is sand, there were no big waves, there is a net with buoys in the sea, there are children's vests, a lifeguard is on duty, beach towels are given out near the pool.
6. Food on weekends (the hotel is very busy) varied and fresh, Vietnamese and European cuisine, delicious desserts.
Minuses:
1. There is nothing nearby, the hotel has a free transfer once a day to Nha Trang.
2. The hotel has not yet been completed, there is no noisy work in it, but another hotel is being built nearby.
3. Food, some days there was simply no choice, very little fruit and desserts, sometimes it was not tasty, there was a stale mess.
4. Beach, in the afternoon there is garbage in the sea and on the shore: plastic bags, bottles, boards, they don’t clean everything up right away. Not enough foot shower.
5.Complete lack of animation.
I recommend the hotel to those who like a quiet all-inclusive holiday, I hope they will complete the construction, eliminate the shortcomings and we will come back here again!

Globally speaking, the hotel has a fantastic view and very good taste of design. Every where you go, you will be amazed by the view.
The breakfast is not rich, but it is very exquisite. The plate is exquisite, and the taste is good, which makes us very satisfied.
What surprises me most is the service attitude of the employees here. I must say that most of the employees are friendly, and all the cleaning staff you meet on the road will take the initiative to say hello to you. However, the staff at the reception and the restaurant always have poker faces. They gathered at the reception desk to chat and turned a blind eye to the passing guests. An employee named Becky met us on the road and quickly turned around and pretended not to know us. The staff of the restaurant are very busy. You don't need to expect time to read the bill in the dim light, however you will be urged to sign quickly and leave. Also when you check out, it is difficult for you to expect Becky to ask how you feel. She just wants you to sign the bill quickly and leave. She always gives me a condescending attitude. I don't
understand where her arrogance comes from.
Generally speaking, the beautiful scenery, architectural design and food here are worth the price, but the supporting services can't keep up. Especially considering that there is no airport shuttle bus, and there is only one shuttle bus to the city every day, I think there can be other more cost-effective, especially service options.

It was our second visit to the Alma resort following the first visit in April. In our first visit, we have stayed 4 days in the Alma resort, and we had great time and really liked the memories of that time, so we visited again. and it was really good choice.☺️
When we checked in at the reception, the staff welcomed us very kindly and professionally. Her name is 🩵’KIM MI’💙and she was really really kind. 🥰She helped us check in with careful consideration and smile, saying thank you for our revisit. Also, we really liked the room, and thanks to this, we were able to start our journey in the Alma resort in a really good mood.😆
When we visited, it was not busy season, so there were not so many people swimming compared to the dry season (April). So we swam so much. Even the main pool, which used to be so crowded, was also very comfortable to enjoy swimming and beautiful scenery. Also we went to the water park in the resort that I had not been to in the first visit, and many slides and flowing water pool were also good for adults to play with, and all the staff were kind.^^
We enjoyed breakfast at LA CASA. We can’t go to the pizza buffet this time due to the schedule, but LA CASA is our favorite restaurant among many other resorts because of its lovely mood and good dining.☺️
Even if it wasn't as impressive as the first visit including the ocean front pool villa, the second visit to Alma resort was also very successful. So we will go to the Alma again in the next month‼️😆🩵I hope the weather also will be fine. Thank you.😊

I made two separate bookings and will be staying at Fusion for a total of 5 nights, which covers all of my time in Nha Trang. The resort is expansive and boasts a beautiful private beach. One of the resort reception staff members, Thay, is exceptionally friendly and thoughtful. The resort's breakfast buffet offers an abundance of fruits, may source from their own farm. We spotted peacocks and goats wandering along the paths, which was quite charming. The best aspect of Fusion, in my opinion, is the all-inclusive spa. We are able to choose one spa treatment per day.
There are two main areas for improvement: Firstly, the resort is quite far from the town, and the shuttle bus service only runs one service to the city and two back to the hotel a day. If you opt for a taxi, it takes approximately 45 minutes to reach the town. Secondly, dining options are limited, with only two on-site eateries and no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby.

This place is high recommended if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. The resort is amazing, inside the green, arranged with villa (different size) distributed on the surface on the hotel area. The room is beautiful and well organised, with private outside area.
It is close to airport (20 min), has private beach with very nice sea.
The service is very good, the outside area is super followed by management.
The breakfast is wonderful and huge, for lunch and dinner there are 2 restaurants (international/ Vietnamese and Italian cuisine) with a good selection of proposals.
Also the spa is high recommended.
Just the gym is a little small and I would suggest to create a “yoga” room for some exercises on the floor.
In general we spent a great time here

If you are just on vacation, you can enjoy it without leaving the hotel. The hotel has two restaurants and two bars. The SPA needs to be booked in advance. The swimming pool is beautiful. It is still a bit cold to swim at present. The beach is rough and not suitable for swimming. It is also good to take a book on the beach lounge chair.

Good for kids, but staying there wasn’t worth it and better not go dining in the beach restaurant as you pay a fortune for a little snack (had a rib eye steak that was thick as a sizzle steak and maybe as big as my female hand for approx ~$50! Accompanied by a handful of dry fries)
The room had a fantastic view, a balcony and a big bath/shower/toilet.
It is run down and needs some attention- definitely not what standard I expected for the price paid.
They have kid’s activities inside a play room- some at extra costs.
They have a kids water play area with pool side bar service at your sun lounge /chair.
They have a big pool and a smaller pool (for adults only) and four big slides down the hill to the beach.
The slides are a lot of fun, but kids have to be 7years old and maximum weight of 50kg.
At the beach they have sun chairs and umbrellas and you can rent bodyboards and sand toys.
On the street side they have their so called Swiss village which contains a restaurant and a clubhouse, a night club and a gym.
They also have a rope climbing park which is only for kids from 14 years of age the sign said- the man at the desk said 7 years, but that still didn’t help satisfying our 4 year old monkey daughter that was very keen to try it…
Bouncy castle free of charge but with loads of holes so it’s not completely blown up.
Breakfast is good and a variety of different kinds, mostly Asian food is the best choice, but soooo many people trying to get something on their plate don’t make it a nice experience.
Best experience for our daughter probably was the complimentary 15-16 o’clock chocolate hour- which basically is like afternoon tea time but with loads of different chocolates and a fountain and fruit and mini cakes & cupcakes 🧁

First of all, the 520 single-family villa is simply good value for money. There is also a private pool and kitchen inside. Do you want to eat seafood? It's so convenient to cook by yourself!
Three oversized rooms, the total area is more than 200 square meters, single-family villas! Because we two people staying in the housekeeper will pick a room, the other two rooms will be locked. The room on the first floor is convenient for life, the door is the swimming pool, you can swim if you want to swim! There is a room on the second floor to see the sea, and the other is quieter. I chose a quiet one. But later I found out that it was still on the first floor. Of course, if a few friends or family live together, it should also be very interesting to cook together and have a party holiday. If you don't want to cook by yourself, there is a restaurant in the lobby of the hotel that can also deliver meals to the room.
The room can see the sea, the bed is comfortable, the facilities are brand new, the 24-hour housekeeper is on call, it is really intimate.
There is a large platform on the top floor, blowing the sea breeze, looking at the starry sky, it is cool! There are two big swimming pools and bars in the middle of the villa area. The beauty is turned over. The blue sea water and soft beach are simply the scenery in the painting.
