I had a great time at this resort. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Thu Anh from the Reception team, who was very professional when handling my issue. I will definitely be back again soon.

Mostly a great experience. The noise levels of the music at the slide pools and during the evening entertainment are ridiculous. A 20% -30% reduction on volume would still create the intended atmosphere without the tone deaf Vietnamese style karaoke mayhem

Everything perfect

All-inclusive is highly recommended. It includes not only three meals a day but also all drinks, offering excellent value. All entertainment options are plentiful and available without leaving the resort. The private beach is clean with soft sand. The hotel is mostly frequented by Europeans and Koreans, with few Chinese guests. I suggest booking a sea-view room. We originally booked garden-view rooms based on the pictures, thinking they would be on the first floor for easy access between our two families, but they were actually on the second floor of an annex. The advantage is quietness, as all the hotel's entertainment options are near the main building. If you can't get a first-floor room, I suggest avoiding garden-view and balcony rooms. The hotel staff speaks Chinese, which saves you some trouble. No deposit is required, which is very convenient. Almost everything is all-inclusive and free. The service is good, and the hotel is very clean. Excellent value for money.

The staff were friendly and the room was very clean. I stayed on the 8th floor of the hotel building. The rooms on that floor were under construction, so there was a strong smell and noise, but other than that, everything was fine. The room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean.

The resort has good recreational facilities and a variety of activities, including pool parties. The beach is beautiful, and the breakfast is also good. However, the bedding in the rooms is of average quality; the sheets and pillows are typical of two- or three-star hotels. Ice is charged separately for rooms, which is usually provided free of charge in higher-end hotels.

The perfect hotel for traveling with children. The staff are friendly, and a Korean staff member is on-site, who is incredibly helpful and helpful. It was a wonderful trip.

I stayed for two nights and three days, and I enjoyed the many activities and was satisfied. The only downsides were the staff, who were a bit snobby and didn't seem to be very friendly after-hours. The even-numbered ocean view rooms are in an abandoned building, so I prefer the odd-numbered rooms.

1. When you take a taxi to the resort lobby, staff will come out and help you with your luggage and guide Koreans to a separate VIP lounge! There were staff members who spoke Korean and Russian, so even my mother, who struggles with foreign languages, was able to ask questions very easily. 2. Since we didn't have an all-inclusive package (breakfast, lunch, and dinner included), we had to pay for lunch and dinner. There are three restaurants: Gusto Restaurant in the main building Italian Restaurant below the stage Villa Restaurant near the villas Gusto and Villa have similar menus, but the Italian restaurant is a bit more expensive and offers a wider selection. However, after our two-night stay, I felt like the menus were similar, so I ended up eating at an outside restaurant! 3. The pool is amazing! The pool in front of the main building is always full of kids, and since we were staying in a villa, we used the villa pool, which was great for swimming. The pool opens at 6 a.m., so if you enjoy swimming, I recommend going for a morning swim! It's not crowded, and the water is perfectly clear, like an indoor pool! (The water gets strangely cloudy in the afternoon, though... that's what it is.) 4. The staff are really friendly! By the way, they call for a buggy to get around, but I kept calling it "Parker" or "Bucky," so it might be easier to know it's called a buggy car! 5. There are so many activities! There are a lot of families, so there are a lot of activities, but I only swam because I love swimming. Haha It has a really lively resort atmosphere. There are a lot of people from various countries (especially Russians), and there are a lot of children, so the resort is always bustling. They even have performances in the evenings! Overall, it was a great stay. Haha

Honestly, I didn't understand the good reviews at all... It stinks a lot, starting from the VIP room where Russian tourists are registered, the room itself also has this smell of dampness and mold, although the hotel is not old. As for the food, I didn't like the breakfast at all, my children had nothing to eat at all 😕 dinner was more or less normal... The sea, yes, is good, there are a lot of sun loungers, the hotel territory is large and green, good evening entertainment. But I won't go here a second time)

The hotel has an unbeatable sea view and attentive service. We bought a package with three meals, which was very good. The children also had a place to play. Everything was good. The only small problem was that the bath water was not big.

The hotel is super comfortable and has complete facilities, but please be careful not to overlook the unfinished building next door. Room *030 is in that unfinished building; you can talk to the front desk about it in advance.
