Onsen very good n food toon the ambience very Japanese if cannot go Japan next choice here

One of the best onsen you will ever see in Vietnam... Check in to room with a private onsen, sauna those are the best.... Foods are mostly Japanese... Sushi, sashami, noodles, and its wonderful standard... Fresh and staffs were wonderful.... Helpful in every department... Public onsen is must try.. They have variety of onsen, sauna, bath, pot bath, rock bath etc.... Its very clean, hygiene, hills scenery all around.... Must try in Vietnam.. Fall and spring season is the best to visit here

I went there with my mother, and the facilities were really good. You can heal yourself in the room. ~ I will use it again next time.

The service is very good and the facilities are complete. You can stay here all day. It is recommended to use the Room Service for a la carte meals. It is very delicious. There are relatively few buffet choices.

The mineral spring is super great, going on weekdays will be better and less crowded.

Breakfast was good. The villa was also very impressive with a private onsen area. The location is okay, as there seems to be nothing around the complex. However, that wasn't that important to us, as we were planning to stay in the hotel anyway. The service could be improved, however. We sometimes had to wait 15 minutes for someone to pick us up for breakfast, as the complex is very large. The public onsen area is not suitable for children, which I find very unfortunate. The child was 1.37m tall and was not allowed in because he was 3cm too short. Instead, we would have had to pay an additional 1,500,000VND for the child to be allowed in. If the child had been 1.40m tall, he would have been allowed in for free. I find that very disappointing considering the high price of the villa. The logic behind it is also not necessary to understand. If the service had been better, especially in the public onsen area for hotel guests, it would have been a perfect stay.

Slightly expensive, the dinner buffet is not as good as expected. There are not many varieties. The breakfast in the room at this price is not buffet. The hot spring water in the room is not hot enough. The public bath closes early. There are usually very few people. It is very quiet at night. The service attitude is okay. There are no advantages or disadvantages.

Feel free to relax. However, the minus point is that when checking in, the receptionist did not announce the breakfast time. My husband and I arrived at 9:30 and the food was gone.

I was satisfied with the service and it was a unique experience. It was clean and nice.

Average food, not user-friendly equipment

We book Villa in Yoko Onsen with 3 bedroom, small kitchen with dining area, small garden, small onsen inside back area of villa. Rooms are comfortable and clean. We spend good time. There is open Onsen area for all people, quite clean, staff is always ready to assist and guide. Breakfast was good with many Japanese option. It was great time with family

Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh is the first Japanese-style hot spring resort in Vietnam, came into operation in mid-2020, invested and managed by Sun Group. All villas have Japanese gardens, hot mineral baths, hot and cold saunas. The communal bath area (for men and women) includes 25 Onsen baths and 18 jar baths. The Private bath area (ideal for couples and families) includes 38 units. Other services include Sauna and Spa (Japanese, Thai). Yasaka Buffet Restaurant (2nd floor Public Onsen) serves 36 Japanese-style buffet dishes as well as Vietnamese and international dishes.
