"Started off miserable with no air con, boiling room, room smelling like some one urinated in the room, i checked in on 19th with 2 kids and mrs and requested staff to change my room but had no help even though the staff had an option to give me another room but they didn't bother, A Very Helpful staff member name Elizabeth helped me straight away in changing the room the next day. She was very helpfull and got things sorted in minutes which as a paying customer was a turning point for me. Trip started of terrible but she turned everything around in matter of minutes, bless her she is taking her job seriously and thats how it should be, other staff on the reception just brushed me off like i am staying here for free. Highly recommend if people like Elizabeth are around you to help you all the way to the end of your trip. All credit goes to her for making my trip pleasant and worth staying in Premier inn. Lost all my hope when i checked in to the hotel but she saved my trip like a hero. Hats off to her for being such a helpfull staff member and an individual who really can go an extra mile to get things done for her customers, she is a unique and very pleasant person to deal with, very helpfull person who serves you with a massive Smile and makes your day and stay at Premier inn way better. Thank you Elizabeth for making our stay at Premier inn wonderful and pleasant."
