Breakfast: fab! Staff: polite, attentive, nice! For the dog: fab location right next to a small (1.5km) walk along a stream for the quick morning and evening walk, 2 minutes away from La Dives to walk to the beach. Dogs are allowed in the bar area. Staff aren’t afraid or worried about dogs. For the humans: big pool, good choices of spa equipment. For the kids: table football, kids cinema… . All around great.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par le professionnalisme et la gentillesse des équipes de l’hôtel. Nous avons donc passé un super séjour à Cabourg. Nous reviendrons donc pour sur ! Un seul point d’amélioration ? L’eau de la piscine chauffée pas très chauffée, mais c’est du détail.

Nous avons passé une nuit épouvantable à l’hôtel Mercure de Cabourg, dans la chambre 22. Le bruit provoqué par la porte reliant les différents espaces est absolument insupportable. Chaque passage dans le couloir déclenche un vacarme qui résonne dans la chambre, rendant tout repos impossible. Même en pleine nuit, un seul passage suffit à réveiller en sursaut. Le plus inacceptable reste l’absence totale de prise en compte de notre plainte. Nous avons signalé le problème avant même de passer la nuit, mais aucun geste commercial ne nous a été proposé, ni même un simple changement de chambre. Ce manque de considération pour le client est tout simplement scandaleux. À ce tarif, on s’attend à un service digne de ce nom. Ce séjour a été une véritable déception. Ne vous fiez pas aux avis trop flatteurs — la réalité peut être toute autre. Je compte d’ailleurs partager mon expérience les autres plateformes pour alerter les futurs clients.

Nous étions dans une suite et les prestations n’étaient aux attendus. Décoration passée, ménage pas très net, nous avons retrouvé un morceau d’os sur la moquette. Ne fait pas restaurant et assez éloigné de la côte où se trouve les restaurant. Bel espace spa. Beaucoup de places de parking. Hôtel calme.

5 nuits passées dans cet établissement, rien à dire excellent emplacement a 10 minutes a pied du centre de Cabourg. Spa, avec magnifique piscine salle de jeux pour les enfants. Très bon Petit déjeuner . La chambre est très confortable et propre.

We en couple . Hôtel très bien situé tout se fait à bien. Propreté, services et personnel… nous avons tout trouvé IRRÉPROCHABLE . Joie sourire bonne humeur politesse. Petit déjeuner fabuleux avec produits locaux. Extra l’un des meilleurs. Spa très bien entretenu propre. Bravo à toute l’équipe. Nous reviendrons

L hotel est correct mais pour un mercure il manque un peu de services , l’ ambiance est un peu froide , il manque un peu de relation9nel, dans la chambre la propretee et les finitions dans la salle de bain n’etaient pas au rdv , l espace spas un un peu petit surtout si l’hotel est complet par contre la salle fitness est superbe , dommage qu’il n’y est pas de restaurant . Le petit dejeuner est correct.
