We booked this travel lodge as my mum had to be at the papworth hospital earlier
The next morning, my mum had to have oxygen and the lady on reception was rude to her didn’t speak to her directly but referred to her and disable all the time, we had oxygen delivered to the room which I confirms with another staff member over the phone a few days before we arrived and was told
It wasn’t a problem, we ended up needing an engineer out as the oxygen wasn’t working and we just got tutted at by said staff member, when we made a complete to the travel
Lodge all we got was you booked via a third party so there own staff wasn’t a problem, would stay here again if I was paid too, rude with no need to be

Clean, basic hotel with helpful staff.
Would recommend but someone was spying and commenting on my actions in my private room.
I did inform the Reception Desk.
Services area needs some more active supervision to stop male tarts soliciting / pernicious, slandering females with kids endangering customers' wellbeing.

Even though the hotel is far from Cambridge downtown, it is clean and surrounded by several stores where one can get everything when needed.
The reception ladies are very handful, and they provided help when we needed it.
Getting an Uber from the hotel is also tricky, as it depends on the time of the day you request one.

Stayed here very briefly on a Sunday night. Was greeted the next morning on check out by a lovely lady named Kirsty. Very polite and smiley, just what is needed on a Monday morning. Rooms were very dated compared to other travelodges however the cleaning team have done a brilliant job working with what they have. Would definitely recommend!

A situation had arisen which was outside of the control of the hotel. Carolyn the manager on duty, looked after us on check in, allowing us to be able to get to our room quickly. She dealt with the situation with professionalism and patience which helped everyone to find again the usual calm which we have found in this Travelodge previously. Would stay again when in the area.

Stayed for the second time as just a couple of miles from the inexpensive Park and Ride Service into Cambridge. Simple and functional rooms that are clean but tired. Bed comfortable, water hot and electricals worked well. A very dreary location with a a boarded up building next door and a messy Burger King and Greggs across the car park. Yet a Bronze Age burial site right outside! We could not receive a Three phone signal, at least in our downstairs room or outside. Stay again? Yes.

Myself and my partner use this hotel often and we are always greeted by friendly and professional staff. Last night was an excellent interaction with lady on reception. Laura F you were so helpful, I’d made a mistake with my booking, you sorted it and even got me a ground floor room due to disability I was so grateful for this. Thanks you definitely deserve a pay rise 😉! Room was clean and basic had everything we needed.

Here for Easter weekend, Found staff accommodating on arrival as well as departure. I believe her name was Leah and was in training with Laura on arrival. Nice touch to extra teabags and milks on arrival too. We found the rooms adequate for our needs, clean and plenty of towels, nice view room that we stayed in. Easy check out. You cannot complain for a 1 night stay! Would stay again. The staff definitely make this place.
