For the situation at hand, we had a death in the family, this hotel was a very good choice at the time. My husbakd and I didn't have a lot of time to search for a hotel but this one stood out with the ratings and that's what we went for.

Fact that you can check in early if they have rooms available asking if we needed anything breakfast with my family was good i didn’t really like the wifi bad service but overall I would stay here again

Room 306 is not handicap accessible as it claims - the bathroom is too small for wheelchair users and the plastic grab bar is not suitable for bearing the weight of a human. There were unidentifiable liquids on the bathroom floor and stray hairs all over. Clearly was not cleaned.

When I checked in I wasn't given the password to the internet. This should be a required check-in step.

Front desk was VERY accommodating and it was greatly appreciated. Good sheets and pillows and towels and curved shower rod. Two Desk chairs would be appreciated if it was a wonderful stay

Bathroom needed to be repaired. Fixtures and door hinges very rusted with wall paper rolling up off of walls above the shower insert.

My key didn’t work to my room. Was locked out for a long time. They had to give me a metal key to unlock the door.

The property was picturesque with ample parking. The facility was smoke-free, quiet and clean. The desk clerks were friendly during check in and check out. I received a text to make any requests or to report any issues with my suite. My room was spacious with a chair, a couch, 3 ottomons, a desk with a comfortable chair and a king-size bed. Oh the free breakfast was fabulous! There was a wide variety to choose from- juices, coffee, tea, fruit, scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, donuts, danishes, muffins, oatneal and yogurt.The hotel was in close driving proximity to stores and shops. I had a wonderful time!
