While we appreciate how inconvenient this was, the alarm was activated as part of our safety systems, and our team was required to fully investigate to ensure the safety of all guests. Thankfully, there was no fire.In relation to the late check‑out request, we have reviewed this with our management team who spoke with you at the time. We were aware that you wished to extend your stay from check‑in; however, due to the hotel being fully booked, we were unfortunately unable to offer a late check‑out. We were not aware of your hospital visit at the time.
