3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 8 Spacious, open first floor gives your group plenty of relaxing space. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are two main-floor bedrooms, one with a full size bed and one with bunk beds, and a bath with a claw-foot tub. The winding staircase takes you to the master bedroom, master bath that has a jacuzzi tub, and in-house laundry. Outside, the open patio gives you a great view of the canal which leads to Wampler's Lake. Relax by the fire pit, chat with friends while enjoying the patio umbrella, table and chairs, or go for a stroll through the welcoming neighborhood. Recent upgrades include a new front patio & steps, and a new seawall and dock. Fresh lawn to go along with the upgrades means there's great space for yard games and for everyone to play. You are a short walk to Jerry's Pub and only minutes to drive to Hayes State Park, downtown Brooklyn, and MIS speedway featuring NASCAR and Faster Horses. Nice, quiet location. The home was very comfortable for my family -5 adults total. The neighborhood was walkable and pleasant. Eric , the host, was responsive and answered every question. Check in and check out was very easy.

Check in was easy. The kitchen was well equipped, but the refrigerator water and ice dispenser didn't work. The house was clean and comfortable, but i would say it comfortably only sleeps 5. The master suite is very large, but there's no door to the room. The master bathroom doors are also mostly see through glass with some frosted designs and do not lock so privacy is minimal. The TV is chromecast only and the patio umbrella seemed to be broken.

The cottage was very clean with nice amenities. The location was great and the location was peaceful! Communication was easy and stress free! It was a great time! We would definitely stay here again.

Check in was easy. We were greeted with some snacks and a welcome letter. The home was very spacious and overlooked the canal. It was very quiet and relaxing. A quick drive to Walter J. Hayes Park/beach where 11 gets you a day pass if you live outside of Michigan. Pet friendly, but no fenced in space if you need that, so dogs need to be on leash. No paddle boards or kayaks on the property, but plenty of places close by to do so. Very nice little getaway before school starts up again. Host was available for questions and responded promptly. 10/10. Will stay again.Stacey
