Overall, it is good. However, improvements are needed, especially in terms of amenities such as:
1. There is a TV, but it cannot function because there is no decoder.
2. There is a cooking hood, but cooking is not allowed.
3. The sofa is not in good condition.

A lot of small cockroaches at kitchen and toilet..my hubby caught at least 10 😟
Simple and basic 2 rooms apartment
There was not shower gel and toilet paper provided, totally no basic amenities available, OMG....
Luckily there is 99 speedmart located at downstair which allowed us to grab some of these important thingy to continue stay here

Since we have checked in at the property is hard to reaching there. Reception operated until 9.00 PM as we checked in around 8.40 PM then we went to the room was super dirty everywhere in the room, Is there no water in the room, all bedsheets so freaking dirty, on the floor fully by someone hair, In the toilet was terrible everywhere!

Location is super strategic as it’s walking distance to the weekend night market and other convenience stores. But cleanliness is nothing to hope for as the unit is not entirely clean, bed is soft, pillow case stained, blanket dirty, toilet amenities in bad shape. So basically for this price there is nothing much to expect.

Good location which located near to the night market. However, the towel is not provided in the room and taking so long time to get the towel which should be provided in the room. It took 3 hours to get the towel
