We stayed at Hotel De La Ferns for 2 days and 1 night, and it was a very satisfying experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff warmly greeted us and assisted with our luggage, carrying it from our car to the lobby and then to our room. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, not noisy at all, which allowed our baby and toddler to sleep very well. On the first day, we visited Rose Cottage. The scenery was beautiful and relaxing. The next morning, after enjoying a satisfying breakfast, we visited Rose Cottage again. The cool morning weather and the stunning views made the experience truly memorable. We managed to take some photos, and the dog was under proper supervision and did not follow us anymore. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I truly hope to return to this hotel again in the future. Thank you to the team of Hotel De La Ferns for the excellent service.

I had a very pleasant stay at De La Ferns, Cameron Highlands. The cold, fresh mountain air was refreshing, and the room offered a beautiful mountain view, especially in the morning when the fog gently covered the hills, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The location is very strategic—peaceful and not crowded, yet still convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed with a charming country-style concept. Service was excellent, especially from the floor captain, Uncle Raju. He was very friendly and welcoming, and his teh tarik was truly memorable with a classic old-timer taste—highly recommended! There is a restaurant nearby, making it easy to find food, and a convenience shop located opposite the petrol station, which is very handy. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy the cool climate of Cameron Highlands

I booked two units of the 2-bedroom family suite. A day before our arrival, the hotel staff called to inform us that one of the rooms was not available, but they thoughtfully arranged alternative rooms for us - one Deluxe Quad and one Deluxe Twin. The arrangement worked well for our family. On the day we checked in, there was a snow show in the evening, which was a wonderful surprise. The kids enjoyed it very much. The hotel staff provided superb service throughout our stay and were very attentive and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience. We would definitely come back again when we visit Cameron in the future.

This is the hotel you *have* to stay at if you come to Cameron Highlands. This is my third time staying here. It's really comfortable with the natural cool weather. The only thing is, you can't avoid the noise from the vehicles because the hotel is right by the roadside 😅. Overall 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Cameron Highlands was too cold. The hotel didn't have air conditioning, but it wasn't needed anyway. The temperature was just right. Overall, the hotel was good. The bedding was a bit average, but everything else was fine.

Our 2nd time staying here. Ample parking, good location. Room is clean with good shower. This time we booked the room without balcony and able to sleep well with lesser disturbance from the vehicles from the road. But lack a good view. Only thing about the room is the bed will need upgrade, when your partner move the whole bed will move and disturb your sleep. Didn't take breakfast as it was lacking the last time we stayed here.
