Eu e meu marido passamos quatro dias no hotel, a estrutura é boa, mas achamos a limpeza muito precária, as toalhas são encardidas e meu quarto só foi limpo uma única vez. Mesmo eu reclamando que não foi limpo, que não haviam trocado as toalhas nenhuma vez, que não tinha sabonete e papel higiênico e que a louça do jantar que pedi no sábado à noite ainda estava no quarto na segunda feira, apenas abasteceram o sabonete e o papel, tiraram a louça, mas a limpeza não foi feita e nem trocaram as toalhas. Por volta das 15:00 após fazer duas reclamações na recepção, decidi deixar registrado no Whats app da recepção, por volta das 18:00 ofereceram a troca das toalhas apenas, mas o quarto não foi limpo. A comida e os drinks também deixam muito a desejar. Não vale o custo benefício!

Foi muito constrangedor a obrigação de uso de uma pulseira com taxa de r$ 100 em caso de extravio. O hotel é muito bom, mas deixa a desejar o serviço são precários poucos funcionários o bar da piscina só fica a cargo do Matheus e a recepção só tem uma funcionária muito difícil ter duas o check-in exige muita cópia de documento a assinatura de papéis que são muito complicados. A chave se extraviada tem um custo de R$ 100 sendo que custa R$ 3.50 no Mercado Livre. O almoço é o papdrão de hotel, pouca comida e tempero a deaejar. Vou voltar mais uma vez pelo esforço da equipe, mas é um pouco extressante esses pontos. Café da manhã muito padrão. Falta criatividade com caldos e frutas regionais. Suco muito ruim.

Experiência decepcionante desde o check in até o check out, ambos demorados, os recepcionistas não passavam as informações de hospedagem, era disponibilizado apenas 1 chave por quarto. Falta de estrutura da equipe para atender um grupo. Profissionais sem experiencia para atendimento. Falta cuidado com a estrutura física, quartos com mofo, camas não condizem para um resort (como vendem). Café da manhã com itens sem qualidade. Esperava mais pelo tamanho da estrutura e por se vender como resort. Atendimento ruim, estrutura mal cuidada, zero experiencia. Decepcionante e não indico.

Atendimento péssimo e constrangedor.
As instalações do hotel são boas e o quarto é confortável. Apesar disso, o atendimento não foi adequado em uma ocasião. Fizemos um pedido e esperamos por muito tempo, sendo somente informados que o item estava em falta no cardápio ao questionar o garçom. Ao conferir a conta, verificamos que o item que estava em falta e que não foi consumido constava. De imediato indagamos a atendente, sendo constrangidos com insinuações que estávamos faltando com a verdade e que tínhamos consumido esse item que estava em falta. Somente após a insistência em negar o consumo e com a comunicação com a cozinha e com o garçom é que foi comprovada a veracidade dos fatos a nosso favor. A atendente nem se quer se desculpou. Decepcionante e lamentável esse fato.
