垃圾中的垃圾，設施老舊，位置偏僻，買點水還要打車去市裡，酒店幾乎什麼都沒有，沒洗髮液護髮素，沒漱口杯，毛巾都沒毛且變黃變黑了，服務態度也很差，電梯衹有兩個，一個還是壞的

Pos: Great Service. Cute Hotel. Convenien Garage. Self parking. Neg: Have to go through busy downtown to reach the Hotel. Not much to do around hotel if you do not want to drive or go for long walk

Meu pedido no aplicativo estava com café da manhã para o casal, ao chegar no local, não me deram direito ao café da manhã, tive que pagar 75,00 por fora, inadmissível, horrível a situação.
(Na minha reserva no momento que eu fiz tinha café da manhã incluso)

Sobre o Elevador, pior experiência da vida
Eu, esposa e filhas ficamos presos dentro do elevador... Sem subir ou descer... Não possuía sistema de troca de ar... Extremamente sufocante... Pior experiência da vida, no final o serviços gerais nós alertou sobre o elevador com defeito porém ainda assim o hotel não nos avisou... Recomendação a todos, vão de escada... Ficamos apavorados com elevador, minha família sequer consegue adentrar em um outro
