Otherwise, the internet didn't work for much as I complained. I just switched. The hotel is in front of a square with many floors and possibly addicted. I couldn't walk around the night. I thought it was dangerous. Most old furniture and bathrooms. It's just about to spend a night until it goes, but more than that, I don't recommend. 20'reals of Uber to the shopping Iguatemi and 25 to the airport.

The negative point was the service. Even though in the online booking process I had provided all my details, again at the hotel I was forced to inform everything again. And, most seriously, the attendant didn't recognize that the reservation was for two and, right away, wanted to charge me an extra amount. Hotel with great benefit cost! Very well located, very large suite (being an old hotel that is an advantage) with few rooms in each floor and comfortable beds as well as a group of staff who from the reception to the ladies of breakfast all treated me very well and very well You have a supermarket nearby with great prices if you want to buy something and various bus points that will take you to anywhere in the city. Thank you for all the attention you have received, certainly when I come back to Campinas will be my stay again!

SIMPLESMENTE PESSIMO. Para comecar, o atendente Leandro eh simplesmente um ignorante, com zero de intencao de ajudar os hospedes. Fiz minha reserva e foi confirmada pelo hotel. Me ligaram as 19h do checkin e perguntaram que horas eu ia fazer checkin (desde quando hospede tem que falar que horas vai fazer checkin????) Disse que seria as 21h pq estava jantando. Cheguei as 22h e o Leandro, ignorante, pessimo atendente, disse que nao tinha chegado no horario que havia falado, entao ele cancelou minha reserva. Quando cheguei, nao tinha mais quartos (foi oq ele disse) e tive que procurar um hotel as 23h da noite. Eu nunca passei poe uma experiência dessa e recomendo que NINGUEM RESERVE NESSE HOTEL COM ZERO DE PROFISSIONALISMO. NAO QUISERAM NEM ME AJUDAR QUE ESTAVA SEM QUARTO PARA DURMIR

Hotel com boa localização em Campinas. O quarto estava bem limpo e o café da manhã era muito bom. Também tem restaurante com boas refeições e com precos bem justos. Funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos. E tem garagem própria se vc contratar!

Our booking was made by Booking and said there was cable TV, but when we arrived there was no. The staff said they ”heard talk” some rooms had and others didn't. I never saw this in my life. The parking is charged, but they don't guarantee the vacation, i.e. you are parked when you arrive, you leave with the car, if you are busy when you come back, The manufacturer doesn't work on Saturday morning, so someone parked wrong and we're staying with the car ”catched” in the parking station until we find the guest. The shirts are small, they hardly cover one person and the lower, without elastic, vc lying in the shirt and waking up on the bedroom. I have a fridge supplied in the room, but they don't leave cups. I found a fridge caught on the foot of the table, which made me doubt about the cleaning of the room. The air conditioning, the shower and the hair dryer are good. Breakfast is well served and well rested. I have not evaluated as terrible only for these points.

Iríamos para um casamento na cidade vizinha e fizemos do Royal Tower nosso local para hospedagem. Jantamos no Hotel na 6a feira. Buffet excelente com variedade, apresentação, sabor, atendimento. Preço à altura $118,00 por pessoa c bebida inclusa, todavia não tomamos a bebida, mas ainda assim ela foi cobrada. Veio na nota de consumo final. Não estranhem se vier 2 refrigerantes que nao consumiram na nota. É por esse motivo. Isso é uma coisa que precisa ser melhorada. Café da manhã muito bom com horários estendidos para finais de semana. Quarto suíte muito bom. Amplo, funcional, mas sem charme. Em nosso quarto havia uma jacuzzi gigante, que deu preguiça de usar só pelo tempo e quantidade de água a serem dispendidos. O hotel é bem localizado para eventos, uma vez que conta com a estrutura de uma grande cidade e na proximidade de um excelente aeroporto. Visitamos a área de eventos e é muito bem estruturada.
