Hemos ido para una boda, llegamos a la habitación a 40 grados en la calle y para prepararnos para la boda pusimos el aire acondicionado....empezó a salir agua como si no hubiera un mañana...solución que nos Dan una botella cortada y unas toallas (una bidon cortado, que me da que ya lo habían utilizado antes). Por la noche un calor terrible y el aire sonando y el agua cayendo....solución....ninguna. Claro es sábado y hasta el lunes no pueden hacer nada. Por cierto anuncian Jacuzzi y solárium...que por supuesto no tienen. En fin una y no más.

El desayuno se hace en un bar al lado del hotel el cual te dan un tiquet. Que te cobren 7€ por desayuno cuando en el bar te dan un cafe y una tostada cuyo valor es 2’5€ que le cobraron a un amigo que no contrato el desayuno me parecio una tomadura de pelo Por el resto no tuve problema en el hotel, habitación amplia, personal de recepción agradable, todo limpio, cama comoda Algo caro pero se aprovechan todos los hoteles por el evento que hubo el fin de semana

Lo que he vivido en este... hotel, no lo he vivido nunca antes y me considero una persona que se ha movido bastante, viviendo en tres países distintos y viajando bastante por España. Desde la llegada, que me dicen que cierran la recepción durante una hora y he de apresurarme para hacer el check- in hasta el momento en el que tengo que solicitar un cambio de habitación debido a que el olor en la habitación que me dan es insoportable. El hedor venía del colchón, las almohadas horribles, la mampara de la ducha mejor ni lo comentamos y se escuchaba absolutamente todo en las habitaciones contiguas. Paredes sucias, en la silla de la mesita, hormigas... un horror... Eso sí, la chica de recepción, muy amable. Y ya para colmo, el desayuno. Pagas 56 euros por una noche, con desayuno incluido, y por la mañana cuando pienso que voy a encontrarme con un desayuno tipo continental me dice la chica de la cafetería que lo que tienen es lo de una cafetería normal: café, colacao, infusiones, zumos y de comer, tostadas, tortas de Alcázar o cruasán... me quedé a cuadros... No volveré, ni lo recomendaré... Ojalá hubiera sabido todo esto antes de reservar

Paré en este hotel para descansar una noche a mitad de camino entre Santiago y mi ciudad tras estar haciendo el camino. Resulta que tenían una fiesta montada en el ático de dentro del hotel con música en directo que duró hasta las 3 de la madrugada. ¡Parecía que estaban cantando dentro de la habitación! A parte por los pasillos del hotel circulaban continuamente jóvenes gritando y también se les oía cantar en las habitaciones anexas. Llamé varias veces a recepción pero nadie contestó. Nadie me avisó a la entrada de que eso ocurriría. A la mañana siguiente al dejar la habitación lo comenté a los recepcionistas y me dijeron que ni siquiera ellos sabían que había un evento así (increíble). Protesté pues pagué por un servicio (descansar) que no se me prestó. Me dijeron que me llamaría el gerente para hablar conmigo pero pasadas las horas no lo hizo así que antes de irme de la ciudad puse una hoja de reclamaciones. Posteriormente me contactaron por Booking y me ofrecieron un descuento en mi próxima estáncia. Como si uno tuviera ganas de repetir semejante experiéncia... jaja. En fin seguiré con mi reclamación y ya veremos qué dice consumo cuando lea la hoja de reclamaciones, la documentación adjunta y el video que hice. Actu: Hoy ha llamado el gerente pidiéndome disculpas y ofreciéndome la habitación gratis en mi próxima estáncia poniendo la excusa de que "empezaba la feria" cosa que no me vale. Yo no sabía ésto pero no es que sea un error mío que cojo un hotel céntrico y coincide que son las fiestas y el ayuntamiento ha puesto una verbena y me tengo que aguantar no. El hotel está a las afueras, en un polígono, la feria queda muy muy lejos de su local, pero ellos montaron una fiesta allí metida dentro de su local y no advirtieron a los huéspedes. Pensaron que todo el mundo estaría de farra o algo. No señores, un hotel es para dormir, si quiere montar fiestas abra otro tipo de negocio.
