I would like to point out that the cost of this hotel was equal to a real 4 star hotel in Trentino, I can only tell you to stay away, rude, inadequate and arrogant!!! Sad rooms, with broken TV, dinner to be reviewed (strudel with mold and they don't even apologize), breakfast with bread and jam and cooked ham from the discount. I am a tour operator and I will never send a customer to you again.

I have never been to this hotel in the summer so I can't make a comparison even with the reviews I find. For me the experience was terrible, I don't want to give details, but personally I recommend strongly avoiding this hotel.

Incompetent and unfriendly owner who doesn't see herself as responsible for anything. Poorly trained staff, are not on site or make wine bottles disappear from the evening before. Hard beds, thin walls that invite you to listen to your neighbor peeing. Dinner wasn't even mediocre. If a guest is suspected of having Corona, they will be put in quarantine in their room despite multiple negative tests - without food or room cleaning. The staff is unable to contact emergency services in an emergency. The only plus point in the entire misery: modern, clean bathroom, beautiful pool area, which unfortunately could not be used.

La camera bella spaziosa , accogliente e pulita, comoda considerati i 2 bambini piccoli. Tanta scelta con il buffet della colazione e delle verdure alla sera. Decisamente buona qualità dei piatti. Zona wellnes tranquilla e confortevole. Personale molto disponibile. Ottima posizione per le escursioni e ben fornita di mezzi pubblici. A solo 30 minuti di macchina si trova CRON4 a Brunico. Torneremo volentieri.

Pulizia scadente. Camera con moquette vecchia e sporca. Divano anni 80 e tende pesanti da non toccare per la polvere che ne usciva. Cena modesta con alternativa di pizza indicata sul sito ma mai vista. Cani nella sala pranzo. Receptionist presente solo all'arrivo. Peccato perchè la parte piscina e sauna è ottima e la posizione comodissima. Ma peggior sistemazione mai trovata in Alto Adige

Rivedibile … attribuisco un 6,5 per la zona piscina e spa che è certamente stata ristrutturata di recente, per il resto … lasciamo perdere Struttura da rivedere che necessita di ampia ristrutturazione; la nostra camera aveva un mobilio vetusto, con bagno senza bidet e spazi limitati; pulizia al limite e moquette che mi ha lasciato perplesso. La cucina è abbastanza soddisfacente ma nulla di più. Qualità: la zona è tranquilla e la Valle Aurina è fantastica. Personale di fatto limitatissimo (cuoco, cameriera ed a volte un ragazzo alla reception) pur se cordiali.

Hotel vecchio, palesemente da ristrutturare. Mancanza di personale rispetto al numero di persone ospitate: reception inesistente, servizio bar quasi inesistente, personale inadeguato ad un albergo di montagna. Servizio in sala fatto da camerieri improvvisati che potrebbero servire solo alla sagra del paese. Disorganizzazione totale. Ristorante pessimo, piatti mal presentati con cibo dozzinale, da mensa. Faccio un esempio: il tagliere di affettati e formaggi fatto con le cose che si trovano nel buffet della colazione del mattino, a partire dal formaggio a fette. Le stanze sono piccole, con mobili vecchi e rovinati, in alcune stanze non c’è il bidet. Non c’è il frigo bar, non c’è cassaforte. I letti sono scomodi e corti. La camera familiare che ci hanno dato aveva un letto a castello mezzo rotto con materasso sfondato e struttura di ferro che pareva quella delle carceri. Pulizia che lascia molto a desiderare. Moquette macchiata. L’unica nota positiva è che accettano i cani, per il resto non è un 3 stelle. Da evitare
