What a great place, the facilities are excellent, the food great, service impeccable and everyone so friendly (Sebastian and Daniel were outstanding), rooms well equipped and thoughtfully designed. We enjoyed the fire pits at the end of a long day, and you can’t really get a better location, a 5 minute walk to the centre, but it still felt that you were in the countryside/mountains. Oh, and before I forget, the rabbits! Beautiful and a nice distraction to feed them grass.

We came all the way from the states, paid more than 1200 dollars for 4 nights and was terrible to see water problems in the bathroom, terrible to see that we didn’t have breakfast on buffet of any day, and was only us here, paying this much for normal accommodation, well and for finish, do never do laundry here, it cost for a a pair of jeans 120 reais more than 20 dollars, the place is beautiful but needs to grown so much.

O serviço, a hospedagem, a gastronomia, o spa e outros detalhes como, chá da tarde com uma vista incrível e um vinho em frente a lareira. Tudo faz você querer voltar sempre.

Fui comemorar meu aniversário de 30 anos no hotel, foi inesquecível! Estávamos em 40 pessoas, o staff foi extremamente atencioso, nos ajudando nos mínimos detalhes. Claramente deixamos eles malucos com tanta gente, mas em nenhum momento nos faltou nada e nem carisma e carinho deles. A comida, a acomodação, a equipe, tudo muito maravilhoso! Não vejo a hora de voltar, dessa vez com menos pessoas para aproveitar ainda mais o que o hotel tem para oferecer.
