The hotel, besides being enormous, is beautiful and very well maintained. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the food is wonderful. Since I was at a conference, I had the opportunity to see the convention area, which is also very good. I would definitely consider it as a place to stay with my family. Fui comemorar meu aniversário nesse final de semana. É a quarta vez que me hospedo no Grande Hotel Campos do Jordão, depois que conhecemos lá, não temos vontade de ir pra outro hotel em Campos. O hotel trabalha com pensão completa e o ponto alto é a gastronomia. Alimentação muito boa. Não posso deixar de registrar o atendimento impecável e cordial de todos os funcionários. As trilhas são sensacionais, linda! Conta com uma piscina aquecida, academia completa. Monitoria infantil excelente, minha filha adorou. Como sugestão fica para ter alguma atividade para adultos no período da noite. Vale a pena cada centavo. Todo hotel é muito limpo e conservado.

Viemos em família (9 pessoas) para passar o final de semana. A diária do hotel inclui as refeições, que são realizadas no restaurante. A comida é bem feita, mas nada espetacular. A área do hotel é muito boa. Fomos todos os dias na academia, que tem aparelhos bons. Infelizmente tem apenas piscina coberta no hotel, sentimos falta de uma em ambiente aberto. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Tivemos uma experiência muito agradável!

Hotel espetacular, apartamento excelente, bastante espaçoso, cama extra grande, muito confortável. Café da manhã com muita variedade de opções. Cozinha internacional, com cardápio bastante variado. Sobremesas deliciosas. Excelente carta de vinhos. Funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. Área de lazer do hotel com muitas opções para caminhadas, descanso e relaxamento. Por estar localizado num ponto mais elevado, permite vistas interessantes da cidade.

Quero começar elogiando a funcionária que nos atendeu no momento do pagamento. Ela foi extremamente educada, atenciosa e profissional, mesmo em uma situação desconfortável. Infelizmente, o mesmo não posso dizer sobre o atendente que tirou nosso pedido. Ele não trouxe a bebida solicitada, ignorou nossa mesa e também a de amigos que estavam ao lado. Para piorar, no momento do pagamento, ele foi muito rude com a colega, gritando e insistindo que apenas ele poderia cobrar uma mesa ao lado, mesmo sem ter feito o atendimento. A situação foi constrangedora, mas a moça manteve a calma e resolveu tudo com muita paciência, o que merece reconhecimento. O atendimento dela foi o ponto alto da experiência, mas a postura desrespeitosa do colega e a falta de organização no serviço prejudicaram bastante nossa impressão do restaurante. Espero que a gestão valorize profissionais como ela e tome providências para evitar situações como essa no futuro.

O Hotel é bastante confortável, tem uma cachoeira dentro do terreno, legal para visitar, fica em um terreno ambos, com ótimo estacionamento e paisagens, o atendimento é excepcional, e o principal o capital humano do hotel, ou seja, os funcionários são educados, passam dicas e fizeram a viagem da gente ser maravilhosa.

Tenho intolerância à lactose. Avisei na reserva. Antes da viagem, já recebi um telefonema do João (nutricionista) para saber detalhes da minha alimentação. Estamos aqui e estou recebendo um atendimento impecável. As refeições estão excelentes. A Gabriele também tem sido extremamente atenciosa, ou seja, só quem tem restrição alimentar para entender como é difícil se alimentar fora de casa. Parabéns a toda equipe gastronômica do Grande Hotel.

Mal cheguei ao hotel e já me arrependi de ter feito a reserva. Fila no check-in, pedido de todos os dados que já havia preenchido na reserva e outras burocracias de um hotel que parou nos anos 80 e já não existem em estabelecimentos de primeira linha. Sem condição.
