I coming 2025 04 11 is very good hotel, personal is very nice and happy. Very good hotel and personal. Next years i coming fot this hotel. Food is really poor No room service Loud music until 1 am. As location is really bad and close to some private houses. Sometimes music comes from there also. And if you dont speak Russian you ll feel here as a stranger. As all guests are Russian speaking. Even if they are not from Russia but other west European countries. Water in a toilet is constantly flashing. Pool is very small and super crowded. Wine is terrible and sour. It can't be even 4 stars hotel. 3 stars would be the best. Wardrobe door was broken. Key didnt work every second day. They give only 1 key per room as they don't have enough cards. No bathrobes. Towels are with holes. I got 1 towel with a blood.

I have been rested with daughters in this wonderful hotel for the third time for a month and I hope to return again. I am grateful to the hotel team for a good organized vacation. They always help you to take something in a restaurant when you are with child or near the sea with a stroller. The variety of delicious food is amazing - it didn't get bored at all during the month. The children didn’t ever be hungry, and it's the hardest thing to please them! This year, the selection of products and dishes has become even better; the presentation has become more diverse. During the day you can take snacks near the pool or the sea: cakes, cookies, gözleme, pita bread with chicken, burgers, pizza, baked potatoes with different fillings). The rooms are neat and clean, cleaning is daily and has never caused any complaints. The heated pool is a great bonus if you plan to come in early May or late October. The sea during these periods is also wonderful: in the first decade of May the water in the sea is like in a sports pool, 18-19 degrees, closer to the second decade it becomes absolutely comfortable for children. In October the sea is my love, it becomes incredibly warm. The hotel area is ergonomic and has its advantages. Everything is located nearby, which allows you to move quickly from the room to the pool, restaurant or sea. Nearby there are markets, pharmacies and a promenade through incredible green landscapes leading to children's and sports grounds. The animation team this year is professional! Everyone is responsible for their part, they find an approach to each child and adult. A great idea is the work of the children's room after the mini disco, when the children are under supervision and parents have time to rest! As for me, a perfect indicator of a hotel is meeting with those who had a vacation in that year. And there are a lot of such tourists)) Thank you and see you soon! 🫶
