We had a great time rooms were clean when we arrived and they were kept that way by the cleaning staff we asked the reception for extra pillows they were there in no time at all. Bar staff . behind the bar were very helpful and friendly drinks were good. And the food was excellent lots of choices with a cook station and buffet. First time at this hotel but would be very happy to go back as it is also well placed for the beach Well done to all the staff you make this hotel well worth another visit.

We decided to book this hotel after reading reviews and joining the Facebook group page which showed how fantastic this hotel is…. false! Whilst staying there I took some pictures and posted them onto the group page saying how disappointed we were, I was kicked out of the group and my post was deleted. The rooms are very basic and worn but kept clean on a daily basis. You can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms, every single night adults who had no concern for others between the hours of midnight and 4.am would be talking loud laughing and generally being a nuisance. Security were called a few nights but nothing was done. Food was not good, was never hot, always the same unhealthy food being served twice a day everyday, liver and pork was served a few times during our stay, If you like hotdogs and burgers you will be okay. A few people had to have the Dr out during our stay for bad ears, the reception staff said this was not due to the pool it was because guests didn’t dry their ears properly … yet the Dr prescribed antibiotics to 3 guests whilst we were there. The hotel itself is worn as you can see on my pictures. You can also see how dirty the pool is on the bottom on my picture. We like a good time and appreciate everyone is different but the week we were here felt like a club 18 yo 30’s. Hotel staff just seemed to let everyone get on with it. One day it was thundering and lightening and a group of men were diving into the pool and generally messing about, the poor lifeguard tried her best to get them out as it was dangerous but they carried on and no one from the hotel helped her. All in all it’s not what it seems on the reviews, if you follow the group page on Facebook it’s definitely not as it’s portrayed on there

We were ultimately pleasantly surprised. Although the rooms were relatively basic they were clean and well maintained. The restaurant was great with quality produce and great variety. Not once were we disappointed with any particular meal. The pool areas were lovely, lots of space, very clean and inviting. Lovely trees, bushes etc. although the small park area was slights dated. Our one year old didn’t miss anything though. The staff were friendly caring and attentive. They couldn’t help enough and found resolution for all of our queries and requests. The location was beautiful. Minutes walk to the beach down quaint side streets lined with palm trees. Surrounding by lovely Bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. We were previously impressed with Alcudia but we have fallen in love with Can Picafort. Entertainment, as a young family we were not looking for entertainment on the evenings. I can’t comment the quality of entertainment but the TUI staff created lots of fun poolside during the days. The beach…. What can I say, you could be anywhere in the world! This could be the Caribbean! Clear water and white sands. Heavenly!
