JS Yate

From the moment we walked into JS Yate we knew it was going to be good. Melissa on reception was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Our room was ready early so was an added bonus. Hotel is spotlessly clean lots of seating areas in and out. Room cleaned daily to a high standard. Great gym and spa but must confess didn’t use as never found the time. Restaurant staff very efficient quick to clear plates and the food was excellent with plenty of choice. It never seemed overly busy with seating in and out. Great location, 2 minute stroll to the beach. Loved the pool yes a little cold but very refreshing. Only criticism was the design of the bedroom, yes very modern and minimal but not a fan of the glass bathroom door and the toilet was very close to the wall when there was a lot of wasted space on the other side. Tiny bedside tables a waste of space. Bedside cabinet with a drawer would have been better as not much storage space. Beds were very comfy and a good size. Last day we were picked up at 6.50 am it would have been nice to have a small continental breakfast which we had arranged but when we went down at 6.20 waiter said it was closed but managed to get a coffee. We had a lovely time at this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and despite the few niggles still give it 5/5. We visited in October the weather was fabulous and so were the staff despite it coming to the end of the season.

Great location, excellent breakfast selection, smallish rooms and low-pressure water. Otherwise, a good value for the room rate. The hotel is rated as a 4-star hotel, but customers will likely notice little things that bring into question its rating... no coffee machine and no clock/radio in the room. Some of the equipment in the gym wasn't working correctly. The pool was great, but not heated. The bike storage 'locker' is excellent, but the staff's command of English was somewhat limited. Overall, I enjoyed my 10-day stay and would consider returning.

Stayed here early April 2025 on 4th Floor (booked high floor room). I chose it as like the JS Hotels having stayed in multiple other JS Hotels. This one was the only one open in early April in Can Picafort. Visited mainly for cycling, and found it to be a perfect base for this, there is a secure bike storage facility on site. Hotel reception were super friendly and helpful. On my trip it was quite busy, mostly German guests, which gave me good reason to practice my German :-) The Room and Hotel was super clean. Hotel is close to the beach, and within walking distance of Muro beach, bus stop is a few minutes walk away with frequent buses to Alcudia (number 324) Hotel room nice, clean, quiet, very comfy beds and pillows, food choice and quality also good with enough variety. Mealtimes could get very busy, would recommend going early. My room overlooking pool didn't get the sun on the balcony but that was not an issue as I am not a sunbather. Room was serviced early each day. Spa Facilities including Sauna and Jacuzzi also good although couldn't get the steam room to work/didn't see anyone else using it. Overall I definitely recommend this Hotel for anyone visiting Can Picafort and would certainly stay here again

For the price very very good! The food was excellent and very variable from das to day. The rooms were clean and spacious. The closet was a bit small for 2 people. The pool was quiet with very few kids. All ok all it was a great experience for the small price we paid.
