The choice of this hotel was also decided after reading the strategy and comprehensive consideration. After checking in, first of all, I was amazed by the design of the hotel inside and outside, and I was very happy. The overall facilities and services of the hotel are not bad. The smile and voice of an Asian waitress in the breakfast room make people feel very sincere, warm and comfortable; the meals in the bar are basically vegetarian, but full of creativity It's delicious and not expensive (compared with restaurants outside and gourmet shops in commercial centers); everything in the minibar in the room is free, including wine, beer, cola, milk, nuts, potato chips... small food. This is not available in ordinary hotels; the room is very quiet, and I don’t think the sound insulation is bad (maybe it’s off-season?), the hotel’s hygiene is very good, the room supplies are very clean, and slippers, toothbrushes and other accessories are not necessary. But the hotel provides it free of charge according to the needs of the guests, and you can ask for it at the front desk. The downside is that the light in the guest room is too dark (the patrons are pursuing a sense of design), and guests need to look bright! Also, all the door touches in the guest room don't work well.

I booked a two-bedroom apartment. The room is large and spacious. The view of the hall is mountain view, very beautiful. Once inside the hall is the bar, the lights are dim, the music is delicious, the western food is there, the hotel is very big, the bar is just a few, there is also a movie theater. The decorations are all wood strips, I can't understand them, I feel special art. Both bedrooms have no windows and are just a bathroom. There are many kitchen utensils and many tableware. Breakfast is the kind of order. Very close to the city center, a quiet hotel. More than 2,000 a night, the front desk will not be Chinese, it is a hotel for foreigners. Canberra has a beautiful view and is especially suitable for living.

Hotel location📍   We drove at 8 o'clock in the morning in Sydney. We stayed in the zoo in Canberra for about 5 hours. We drove in from the entrance. On the left is Jamala's signboard. It is good to park directly in the parking lot without taking a ticket.   Jamala is not in downtown Canberra, but Canberra is only a 10 minute drive to the city. If you want to live for a few more days in Canberra, I wouldn’t recommend it because of Canberra’s political attractions. More, more fun, in addition to the mint to see how the Australian coins are made (1 to 2 hours is enough), the other is the National Congress Memorial Hall, there are also in Melbourne, Sydney, unless the Australian history is particularly interested in not recommended Pull. Overall process🐾   We arrived a little earlier than 1 o'clock, the front desk let us leave the luggage to them, they will help us get into the room later, we bring our own carry-on bag, then give us a few sheets of paper, which reads the hotel For example, you can't feed your own animals, be optimistic about your own children, or choose to eat at night, and have special requirements for meals. On the other side of the glass door is a terrace with a sofa and a small swimming pool, as well as a monkey's cage.   Probably, at 1:30, they have a rich afternoon tea and fresh fruit (mini burger sandwich, macaron, cake, fruit), drinks with iced tea, carbonated drinks, various juices, sparkling water, and hot tea. Helping to make hot coffee, if you can’t eat at noon, you can eat it here~   Then at 2:30, the first zoo sightseeing tour began. The administrators took the tour to the zoo to explain the whole English. The explanations were mainly about some animal introductions, the interesting things of their animal families, and the protection of animals they have contributed to science. A person who is not so good may not be able to comprehend some of the funny stalks that the administrator said. It takes about 2 hours to finish. There is a grandmother who needs to be taken care of by a wheelchair. The hotel and the zoo's overall barrier-free facilities are very comprehensive. Very smooth and happy~   At 4 o'clock we can finally go back to the room to rest! We live in a giraffe room, two people live in a long lemur room, and the giraffe room has a room at 4 o'clock. The administrator has a giraffe to take pictures. The giraffe room can see giraffes and deer, lemur rooms, The lemur is just outside the glass window of the room, and it’s especially cute to see people coming over and selling! We can also see the lion on the window terrace of the No. 2 lemur house. The hotel is open at 6 o'clock~ These two hours are free activities, and the zoo can visit the aquarium. Dinner🍝   Dinner is a fine dinning mode, a lot of glutinous nuts will be very particular about changing a good-looking clothes, drinking wine and snacks at the open bar on the terrace at 6 o'clock, red wine, white wine, champagne beer, the wine here is a good wine, like to drink The pot friends can open their hearts~ But you have to remember that this meal has to be eaten at 10 o'clock in the evening... Don't get drunk in advance.   At 7 o'clock in the evening, I will have a big table with people I don't know. It is very important to master the foreign chat technology. Unfortunately, we have wood, and it is a bit tired this day, so we are suffering from bitterness, ingredients and taste. They are very delicious and fresh! Normal fine dinning eating order Previous dishes Main food Desserts like this ~ Eat 10 points really good support... Still tired ~   After the night, the zoo can't move around at will, so we can go back to the room in the main building of the hotel, but the tiger room and the giraffe room, the room is in the zoo, waiting for the car to be sent back, the basic hotel unless you are the same Stay in the main building, otherwise you will not be able to arbitrarily smash the door.    The next day   Although there is a very rich Western breakfast in the morning, there is a zoo tour at 8 o'clock, so if you don't want to miss it, you have to fill out the breakfast form the day before and choose the sandwich you want to eat (in the room bed, fill it in for dinner) staff member).   In the morning, except for a small part that I saw yesterday, I mainly saw tiger lion rhinoceros, giraffes, and feeding deer alpaca. Then check out~ If you want to experience a few more animals, you can live for a few more days~ However, this hotel I think if you want to live, you can choose your favorite animal room, and English must be good~ Otherwise you will feel tired and boring~ The person staying at the hotel is still a foreigner!

Having stayed at the Hotel Realm on numerous occasions for business, my latest visit was predictably very good. My room booking was upgraded on arrival which was a nice touch, as was the complementary beverage ticket. The Hotel Realm has served Canberra well over the years but unfortunately it shows in some aspects. Torn and / or worn carpet in a few places detracts from the overall finish and some refurbishment is in order. Also, you need to be aware that it is a little distance from Canberra City proper or the Kingston / Manuka shops and restaurants. All that said, another very good stay. The staff are friendly and the ambience is what you would expect. Recommended.

I was unsure how my stay was going to be but it was excellent. I stayed for 2 nights in a 4 bed female dorm. You don't get keys or cards you instead download an app called Goki which you just use an email to login to and has all of the doors you need on it. The building is very secure, to enter later at night you need to have the app to unlock it. The room smelt very nice and there was a large window which let in a lot of light. We each got a locker with plugs in, and there was a desk with two chairs. The bunk beds were sturdy and didn't creak. Your bed had a pillow and a nice quilt along with all of the sheets you would need. The bathrooms were very clean and smelt very nice. The common areas were tidy and the laundry room was easy to access and use, as the payment for the machines was also on your phone. The accommodation was right next door to the Canberra centre with many restaurants and shops as well as a five minute walk from the art gallery. For $50 a night it was definitely reasonably priced. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay longer next time!

A very satisfying stay. Because when I rented a car at the car rental company during the day, I forgot to get my only credit card. When I checked in at night, I realized that I couldn't find my credit card. The Chinese employee at the front desk (female, Northeastern, I forgot to ask her name, sorry!) was very patient and helped me find a solution, and finally upgraded my room for free. Great experience! In addition, I must say that this hotel is really good. All facilities, from hardware to software, are great!

I enjoyed my stay. A comfortable little apartment with decent facilities. It was less than a 10 minute walk to Aldi for a grocery shop and the little kitchenette meant I could eat a bit healthier while I was travelling. There were just a few minor maintenance issues that stopped it being a 5 star for me. My air-conditioning unit didn't seem to work correctly and seemed to run quite hot on the standard auto/auto the hotel asked it to be set on. The spa in the pool area was undergoing maintenance unfortunately, that would have been great after a long day. The little gym had good equipment and nice atmosphere being on level 2 rather than the basement but it didn't appear to be serviced and there were a couple of machines that needed maintenance, it also needed a top up of cleaning supplies.

Upon arrival we were aware that no car parking was at the hotel, which is a little frustrating but workable. Dropped our bags off and went to park the car which was about a 10 walk at 9pm during winter, to say it was fresh understates it. Back at the hotel I went to check in and only 1 person on and surprisingly at that time it was very busy, so the wait time to get to the room was considerable. Having said that though the staff on were very pleasant and helped store the bags until we got back from parking the car. The room itself was nice and even though it was situated on a busy section of Canberra was nice and quiet. The room was well maintained and the bathroom was fine. Had no issues with check out. Possible things that maybe they could look at is Valet parking or similar as well as maybe working with a local food place to supply meals, just a thought.

Having stayed at the QT in Sydney we booked this one for our stay in Canberra and our room was very good. We were on the 11th floor in a Superior King and had a small balcony with views across Lake Burley Griffith and around to Black Mountain. The room was comfortable although the bathroom was on the small size. The linens and towels were very good and love the fact that the brand uses Kevin Murphy toiletries. The bathroom was also on the small side and definitely had to be one person in the shower/one by the sink in the space. Check-in was quite quick although we were left to ‘drive’ the luggage trolley from our car into the lift and to the room and return it to reception. Unfortunately, we were not able to experience the Capital Bar and Grill as being a Monday, it was closed on the night of our stay. We did have a whisky in the bar and the barman was very helpful as we made our decision as to which brand. The hotel location is excellent and underground parking is available, and all very comfortable for our one-night stay. The staff were friendly but, we did however, miss the ‘quirkiness’ we expected from the QT brand.

Location is good, just a throw stone from light rail and away from the busy streets. Just take few minutes walk to bus stop, where you can take bus to all the sightseeing in the city and train station. I did not drive in this trip, all my transportation is bus and light rail, and of course bus #11 (walk :-). The bathroom is clean, the shower screen is shinny like new, love it. Will stay in this hotel again!

Nice hotel. The decoration is not luxurious but has everything. The design of the atrium and the sky is a bit like a miniature version of Jin Mao Hyatt. The living room is relatively small, and there is not much space to open the sofa bed, but it has its own kitchen and washing machine, which is very convenient for cooking. The bathroom is very big, but the downside is that the bathtub is not slip-resistant and slips easily. The bedroom is very quiet, the balcony glass sliding door is very thick, and the sound insulation is excellent. Parking is quite convenient (to be charged separately), the hotel has not many parking spaces, but you can park in the airport parking lot a step away.

The hotel is very good, stayed for two months. Gungahlin life is very convenient, nearby Coles, Aldi, Woolworths, Bunning Warehouse, Kmart, BigW supermarket, shopping is convenient. We booked this hotel under ”Luxury escapes” and it certainly wasn't luxury! When we got there the receptionist was absolutely terrible (no customer service skills whatsoever) and not to us but to others as well. When asked about parking she said it's just across the road. Asked her how to get there and she gave us a printed form and said that should tell us - no explanation of form of direction. When reading the instructions it was very confusing and it took us a while. We were meant to receive a free bottle of wine and a voucher. Didn't get that, I had to call reception to ask for it and had to go down to reception to pick it up. Got back to the room and there was 1 wine glass. I gave up and on the following day asked for another wine glass. She said she would send it up via housekeeping......it never came. On the second day we had to evacuate because the fire alarm went off. My husband has a walking stick and finds it very difficult to move. But we did it. Got the site where you go for evacuation and there's no one there to direct us or anything, I find that very poor especially in a hotel. I had booked previously to go back in April but I quickly cancelled it. Worst hotel I've ever been to

The overall experience was good. I ordered a two-bedroom apartment, which is a two-bedroom shared toilet. Please write it here for everyone who wants to order. The environment is nice and quiet, the rooms are relatively clean and tidy, the daily necessities provided are relatively complete, and the price is relatively high. The only drawback was that there was a problem with the water heater in the room at that time. There was always no hot water in the bath, but it was reflected to the front desk, hoping to resolve it as soon as possible.

My air-conditioning unit didn't seem to work correctly and seemed to run quite hot on the standard auto/auto the hotel asked it to be set on. The spa in the pool area was undergoing maintenance unfortunately, that would have been great after a long day. The little gym had good equipment and nice atmosphere being on level 2 rather than the basement but it didn't appear to be serviced and there were a couple of machines that needed maintenance, it also needed a top up of cleaning supplies.

A very satisfying stay. Because when I rented a car at the car rental company during the day, I forgot to get my only credit card. When I checked in at night, I realized that I couldn't find my credit card. The Chinese employee at the front desk (female, Northeastern, I forgot to ask her name, sorry!) was very patient and helped me find a solution, and finally upgraded my room for free. Great experience! In addition, I must say that this hotel is really good. All facilities, from hardware to software, are great!

Windows not being double glazed meant car noise all Friday and Saturday night and all we could hear were people yelling and carrying on outside the 24hr McDonald's until 5am which is right below the hotel. Towels weren't changed one day then upon delivery handed over in a bunch, unfolded and unprofessional. Great location but wouldn't recommend due to the noise of McDonald's on one side and Northbourne Avenue on the other.

Avenue Hotel Canberra - Our room was lovely and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Bed was very comfortable after a long drive from Brisbane. Room was maintained very well and check in/out was very straightforward. We will definitely look to stay again if we decide to come back on day! Marble and Grain - The waitress was coughing over all the serviettes she was folding and not covering her mouth or washing her hands. Had plates on our table and no one came up to clear them until a minute before we left. There was hardly any food left and there was only a small selection for $34 a head. Bacon was super greasy and scrambled eggs were very watery and cold. Staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. Coffee was okay. No one in the kitchen was wearing a hairnet or gloves when preparing food. Overall a great stay, highly recommended.

The staff at Pavilion couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful in letting us change rooms and responding to requests.But this didn’t quite make up for the fact that this hotel is in need of some serious TLC. We noticed at reception a tourist excellence award from Trip Adviser from 2012, which is hardly current. On the plus side: The huge foyer area was pleasant and welcoming. The king bed was very comfortable which is the main thing, quality linen. Bathroom towels were plentiful and soft and the shower over the bath had a non-slip surface and a useful help rail to get in and out. What needs attention: The desk and table in both rooms we had were chipped, and the curtains somewhat old and worn. The darkish grey paint also did nothing to raise the energy of what was already a dark room (215) with a tree outside. No plugs were provided for the basin and the bath, though these were supplied on request The restaurant staff were great, but the chicken schnitzel we ordered was really disappointing and poor value at $35. We would also have appreciated a microwave being available, if not as standard on request, as in many hotels. Overall a disappointing experience we would not repeat.

I booked a two-bedroom apartment. The room is large and spacious. The view of the hall is mountain view, very beautiful. Once inside the hall is the bar, the lights are dim, the music is delicious, the western food is there, the hotel is very big, the bar is just a few, there is also a movie theater. The decorations are all wood strips, I can't understand them, I feel special art. Both bedrooms have no windows and are just a bathroom. There are many kitchen utensils and many tableware. Stayed for 4 nights on a family trip. We opted to go with Pinnacle due to its proximity to everything. Very close to restaurants, Coles is also just 2 mins drive away if you are staying longer and need groceries etc. On checking in we were informed we were staying in the other block which forms part of the premises however entry is via Leichardt St but was easy to navigate due to the directions given at reception. Can't fault the premises. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was quite large, premises were clean and tidy. I would not hesitate recommending Pinnacle Apartments.
