One bedroom apartment with kitchenette was well serviced and ver clean. Crispy clean sheets, very quiet air-conditioning, clean mould-free bathroom, toilet and shower. Great facilities for eating in and walking distance to Canberra centre and eateries, while set in well established parkland area. EV charging on premises was so welcome as my car was almost empty on arrival. Definitely go back there if visiting Canberra again.

It was my first time in the capital of Australia. I did some research and read other people's reviews. I finally chose this one. Of course, I also stayed in their chain hotels in other cities in Australia. Fortunately, I didn't live near the train station. It completely overturned my perception of a capital train station. It's too rubbish. In my big oriental country, the current town train stations are better than this one.
There are food places near the hotel, especially not far from the number one steak restaurant, which is good!

Family Room is a basic one, 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and 2 twin beds.
The toilet is also for reduced accessibility ppl, so almost no barrier between shower place and the toilet area. Water around after the shower.
2 washing machines and 2 dryers are available in the basement. AUD 3 for each service.
Hourly carpark right next to the premises. Free of charge during public holidays.

I recently stayed at this hotel and loved the environment.
Most of the staff were friendly, but one male staff with dark hair wasn’t very patient during check-in. Details like parking, breakfast and check-out weren’t mentioned. This oversight led to confusion, and when I was leaving the parking area, I had to return to the front desk to ask for clarification to avoid being double-charged.
Great environment overall, but better communication would help.

Check-in service was a bit slow as only one staff member at the desk, and also tickets that weren’t included for the Pompeii exhibition weren’t available for some reason, so we had to wait a while before we actually received the tickets.
We were last at this hotel just before Covid hit, so there was a marked improvement, but windows need to be soundproofed and also blockout curtains need to be laundered as they were very dusty.
The bar staff were great!
All in all, we enjoyed our 2day stay!

Our first experience with A by Adina was in Sydney, so we decided to try the one in Canberra. We loved the vibe, the cleanliness, and the layout of the room we stayed in. The gym was smaller than I expected but it was good enough for me to get in a workout. We were celebrating my partner's birthday and usually at other hotels, we would be given something like a small chocolate or a complimentary beverage but we didn't receive anything so don't expect something if you're celebrating a special occasion during your stay. The location is amazing as it is within walking distance to Canberra City Centre and surrounding suburbs. Would recommend this hotel if you want to stay close to the CBD.

The room felt a bit small, not quite like a five-diamond hotel, but the bathroom was large, which was important to me, so I felt the overall stay was OK. The hotel has its own style, the corridors and rooms are dim but there is an atmosphere.

Checked in and found out my bed was occupied by someone else. Reported to staff members and they quickly arranged me into a new room and new bunk. Overall the stay was satisfying, location is excellent and price is affordable. Would recommend for a short stay in Canberra.

HHannnnah:)Full marks for bathroom facilities!
The location is very good. The only small drawback is that there is no parking space, but I don't think it affects the overall quality🤩✨

XXghiihcdjThe hotel is not bad, there is a washing machine, you can wash clothes, and the stove can cook, but I didn't do it. It is in the center of Canberra, very convenient!

GGuest UserWe stayed one night in the Hotel which is in a wonderful location close to Lonsdale St. The street has a lot of great places to eat and wonderful shops with a great vibe. The room we stayed in was modern but very small and dark. It faced the courtyard so not much light came in to the room in the daytime. In that sense it felt a bit like a cave. Personally I prefer a light space and a view of something. Our view was to the rooms opposite us, that was it.

GGuest UserI booked a two-bedroom apartment. The room is large and spacious. The view of the hall is mountain view, very beautiful. Once inside the hall is the bar, the lights are dim, the music is delicious, the western food is there, the hotel is very big, the bar is just a few, there is also a movie theater. The decorations are all wood strips, I can't understand them, I feel special art. Both bedrooms have no windows and are just a bathroom. There are many kitchen utensils and many tableware. Breakfast is the kind of order. Very close to the city center, a quiet hotel. More than 2,000 a night, the front desk will not be Chinese, it is a hotel for foreigners. Canberra has a beautiful view and is especially suitable for living.

KKurniawanThe service rendered by the hotel was excellent. We also enjoyed the facilities offered by the hotel such as sauna and swimming pool. We had no chance to experience the breakfast at your hotel, but surely will try it the next time we stay there. The receptionist was amazing and our check-in process was a smooth one. Good location and few walks only to go to the city center. In overall, our experience is beyond what we expected beforehand. Thank you Mantra!

GGuest UserIt was ok. We were upgraded to a deluxe which was a bit bigger apparently. The room was very small which would make a standard room tiny you wouldn't want to stay more than one night. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom, & the window didn't open no hair dryer in the room I found out later there shared??? Lucky I brought my own. There was no complimentary bottle of water no books with info on Canberra if this was my first visit to Canberra I would be disappointed. No checkout time given at checkin nothing explaining breakfast if you wanted. Very over priced for what you get compared to other hotels in Canberra

GGuest UserThe overall experience was good. I ordered a two-bedroom apartment, which is a two-bedroom shared toilet. Please write it here for everyone who wants to order. The environment is nice and quiet, the rooms are relatively clean and tidy, the daily necessities provided are relatively complete, and the price is relatively high. The only drawback was that there was a problem with the water heater in the room at that time. There was always no hot water in the bath, but it was reflected to the front desk, hoping to resolve it as soon as possible.
