It's a nice place, convenient if you need to go to the airport the next day, we stayed at the hotel just one day. The service was marvelous, very polite and open to help us. The check in was at 3pm but our room was ready around 1:30 so it was perfect for us. You can go by walk to several places, coffee shops, restaurants and plaza las Américas. My only problem was the humidity, the room didn't smell good but it was clean, I think it's an humidity issue.

The Manager was a ******* i had booked and paid for 3 nights about 310 usd. my checkin was on 20 august and check out 23 august. room was pathetic with no amenities. when i returned early morning on my first night of the stay i was astonished to see the door locked. a security guard made us stand outside and did not allow us to go to the room. then manager came out and asked for extra guest charges. when i refused to pay, as i had booked for two guests, he was angry on me. when the security guard went to drop us to the room, he touched my female friend iinappropriately. suddenly on 20 august at around 9 am, manager came and told me to leave within 30 minutes otherwise he will call the Cops. i am a peace loving native of Canada. i did not argue and hurriedly packed my stuff and booked my next hotel in good quality hotel 4* in hotel zone. the manager refused to cancel the booking and refund my money. in hurry i left some important medical stuff of mine, along with some amenities, he refused to entertain my call. the hotel clearly cheated me as i was a foreigner. no female is ever safe in the hotel by the staff out there.

Spacious and clean room. During our stay the whole block was out of electricity but both Roy and Fernanda have been absolutely amazing and couldn’t do more for us.
Thank you very much to all the reception staff too very helpful.

Walking distance of ADO bus station. Nearby lots of nice cafes, and nearby a park with various food stalls. Bus stop nearby to get to hotel zone.
For the hotel, the pool and jacuzzi is great. Stayed in a dorm bed. Has curtains for privacy and a cupboard to store your luggage. The water accumulates in the bathroom. Perhaps still need some renovation work.

Nähe ado Busbahnhof, zum Strand 10 Min mit dem Taxi. Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Perfekt für kurzen Aufenhalt nach Ankunft in Cancun

Route très passante à côté de l’hôtel. Nous avons eu l’impression de dormir sur une autoroute.

太喜歡這個酒店了，就在路邊很方便，門口還可以停車，自駕的朋友也方便，他家下午3-6點還有泳池趴體，很熱鬧，房間很大床也很大，睡起來很舒服。
