Compare with 2 years ago. The quality of food and services are lower than before. Probably will go somewhere next time.

Hotel was nice but is a bit dated with some areas like the mini golf course needing a bit of work. The restaurants were very nice but the dinner buffet left a lot to be desired. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Everyone really work hard to keep up the place clean and nice. I really loved all the entertainment and service they provided. I was there with only 17months old baby, they had food for kids, daycare, kids pools and so much more! Great place for family. Will definitely come back next time.

This was my first stay, and I'm not sure if it really deserves to be called an ocean view room. While I could see the sea, it was on the second floor, so the view wasn't great. My friend's room, booked through the airline, was cheaper and on the seventh floor, so the view was much better. The facilities were terrible! Only cold water came out of the shower in the morning and evening. My friend's room had hot water. What's the reason for this difference? Furthermore, the door was broken; once closed, it wouldn't open. I told the hotel staff, and they said they would report it, but nothing was fixed. Out of four nights, three nights involved cold showers morning and evening. They wouldn't change my room. The number of towels varied from day to day, sometimes insufficient, sometimes none at all. The refrigerator was also sometimes lacking in juice. I left a $4 tip on the first day, but since there were no towels or juice, I reduced it to $3 from the next day onwards. For meals, I made a reservation at a Mexican restaurant for one night, but couldn't make a reservation at the front desk; I was told to book online, which was a hassle. However, this was the only place where the food was delicious. While walking around, the ceiling of the lobby collapsed and fell. It was shocking! I was passing by very close to it, so I narrowly avoided getting injured on the head.

The facilities were very good. The buffet meals were good, but too crowded, especially at breakfast: queues to get in, queues to get served. The two outstanding restaurants were the steakhouse and the French restaurant. The check-in queue was incredible, an hour's wait. There were very few staff members; the person who helped me was very friendly, but after that long, tiring, and hot wait...

Everything went well. The only thing was there were a lot of people.

Convenient to go anywhere, good location. The hotel felt quite old. The jet bath in the bath is broken and cannot be used... On the day we arrived, the hotel had a power outage for several hours, making it inconvenient to have no electricity or air conditioning. There were many guests with children. It would be nice if you could make a reservation at the restaurant, but the buffet was not very good.

Cleanliness: They simply forgot to clean it for us the next day. We also lost a piece of white clothing in the hotel, which was probably taken away by the waiter when collecting the sheets. Service: The milk in the cafeteria is watered down and the service is very slow. The Japanese restaurant is the fakest. It doesn’t have any distinctive Japanese food. It’s just a low-end version of fake Chinese food. I went in once and didn’t eat anything. I believe you will be the same. It has subverted the perception of Japanese restaurants in Cancun ☺️ (I have been to Cancun five times and so far all other Japanese food is good except the Japanese food in this hotel) and the waiter in the Italian restaurant 💁 As soon as I sat down, it was like we recommended the special charge This is the menu that I don't like, although I have the right to refuse. The French chef has the best attitude towards food. For restaurants, we recommend French🇫🇷 Italian🇮🇹 and seafood restaurants Facilities: The windows in the hotel are what I can’t stand the most. The quality of workmanship is extremely poor. The roaring sound of the wind every night can be thought of. Anyway, it extremely affects my sleep quality. Bosses who require sleep should think twice. Environment: There are many facilities built around children. There are several water slides, a small water park, an infinity pool is the highlight, and a children's cinema. Families with children can consider it.
