Shared beach with public beach was too busy, restaurants on site are not very good. Food at the events was better than restaurants on site. Landscaping is beautiful. Staff is friendly. Entertainment team was not very enthusiastic.

This property was amazing! The staff was very attentive and added many small touches that made our trip wonderful. It was worth the extra money I spent. For my first time in Mexico, it taught me how much I am missing out on. One week wasn’t enough.

Great place to stay while in Cancun. The staff is super helpful and the food is amazing. Just love the pool side service. Roberto is the bartender at the barefoot pool side bar. He is excellent!!

This resort is impeccable. Service is 10/10. Facilities are 10/10. Dining options and food quality are 10/10. beach and pool activities are wonderful. The property is quiet, beautiful and secluded.

I had a great time staying at this property. The pools are great, the food was good, and the staff were wonderful. There were a lot of activities (both included and as extras) to participate in, although fewer in the evenings. The spa was one of my favorite parts. I also chose to do a sound healing meditation (one of the add on activities), which was amazing! The only major problem I had was with seemingly stained linens (in the room and at restaurants). This was unfortunate given the quality and cleanliness of the rest of the resort. But, I would still recommend this resort and am looking forward to going back.

Great resort! The preferred club was not worth the upgrade fee in my opinion. I didnt like the timeshare sales pitch at the time of arrival, after traveling for 10 hrs....wrong timing. Food was very good, deserts not so much. Overall great vacation.

Everything about this place was truly special. The staff made us really feel at home. A few staff members stood out Luis Enrique as part of the entertainment team was amazing, Bernardo and Alejandro as bar tenders, and Mary at the front desk. Highly recommend as we will for sure be going back.

We brought our parents to Secrets Akumal we were looking for a nice and relaxing vacation. We had 3 rooms , 1 for ours parents and 1 other for each of us. Was very satisfied by the resort’s and the staff was in majority nice. The only problem I had was with ******* first and last time I use the ******* platform for our holiday. Except that problem we were very satisfied with the hotel and will recommend this resort to our friends and family. I won’t recommend booking bundles or anything though ******* to anyone one.
