The hotel is in a good location but otherwise terrible. The hygienic environment of the room was poor. There were spider silk on the lamp, bugs on the bed, and many yellow stains on the quilt. There was no hot water in the shower and the shower head was broken. The facilities are old and the environment is bad. Don’t choose this hotel!

要給予全五星，是坎昆無與倫比的優秀飯店，當真可謂是極好的。
下次毫無疑問還會來住，位置距離Las American商場很近，如果可以，起訴步行前往也是不錯的選擇。

Был полупустой отель. Дали номер без окна. Неприветливый мужчина, который размещал. Не сказал даже что есть кухня, когда на втором этаже. Большое спасибо Мари, если бы не она отдых был бы испорчен.

I only stayed from late evening to early morning so I didn't get out to walk around much. The room was excellent! It's weird how the salt made the bathroom faucet and soap dish look horrible in the otherwise immaculate room.

No toilet paper i have to ask for it, dirty room, very hard to open the door with the key,dirty towels, a lot spider webs, area it’s not to safety after 8:00 at night.

No Hot water , no dining room is been closed, no Safe deposit boxes , cleaning person had no idea how to clean :(
