If you are looking for a great B&B, out of the extremely busy center, look no further! Carla, our host, was great, helping out with best spots for foods, sites, and ever so helpful. Nice room too with a fridge, and super clean, and tidied every day. Look out for the towels... incredible!! Needless to say that we will go nowhere else when we return! Not soon enough! THANK YOU

This B&B is in the quieter residential area of Zazil-Ha, near plenty of restaurants and about a 20-minute walk from the beach. We spent 2 nights in the Family Suite, which was simply furnished but clean and very spacious, with a kitchenette (hot plate, fridge and coffee maker) and a Juliet balcony. It was on the second floor and accessed via a narrow (but well lit) spiral staircase. The curtains in the suite didn't block out the streetlights completely, but this was easily addressed with sleep masks. Our hostess, Carla, was very welcoming and flexible about our arrival time, and she let us store our bags for a bit after checkout. Also, she served us a lovely breakfast of fruit, yogurt, granola, scrambled eggs, sliced veggies and toast with coffee or herbal tea. We recommend booking with her directly, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay with her again the next time we're in Playa del Carmen!

This place is a true gem ! it is so charming ,clean and in such a lovely area ( not too touristy but also safe and low key ) Carla the host is super helpful and accommodating. we had an amazing time!

I had a wonderful time at this bed and breakfast. Carla was so helpful and kind and she makes a great breakfast. The whole place is kept very clean and Carla always answered any of my questions I had about traveling around the area or transportation. It was a great time and I plan to return.

Cozy stay in Playa del Carmen. Carla was a very caring host and made me feel at home with every detail, especially being a solo traveler. The accommodation is on a quiet steet, 1km away from the beach and the famous 5ta Avenida. The room was clean and had all the amenities needed.

A quiet place with cute rooms and funny cats, run by a lovely host. Very well situated, close to the centre (10 min walking). And the tasty breakfast is really appreciated. Thanks for everything Carla !!

Carla is super helpful. Breakfast is phenomenal. 15 minute walk to 5th and beach. The little pool is refreshing and the courtyard is a cool place to take a break. Clean and nice - highly recommend. Ola!

This bb is amazing! Very clean and the room has some nice Mexican details very beautiful. Is quite not noise and there is also a pool to relax . Carla she is amazing, I was traveling solo and she helped me with a lot of things. She is for sure the nicest host I ever met in my last period. Very very kind ! The bb is less than 20 minutes walking from the beach , the centre and the Quinta Avenida. The area is safe and there are few nice restaurant . Thank you Carla for your kindness ! I will came back

We booked this B&B after weeks of trying to find somewhere that didn't have wildly mixed reviews and was far enough from the centre to be nice and peaceful. Situated about 15min stroll from one end of 5th Avenue it was easy enough to get anywhere from. The room was large, super clean and very welcoming. Good air conditioning and a ceiling fan. My only criticisms would be that the bathroom light switch was a little intermittent and the pillows we had on the first day were rather lumpy. These were changed though and all was good. The host, Carla, was exceptional and accommodated our specific dietary requirements (1 Vegan, 1 Vegetarian) perfectly without batting an eyelid. The Breakfasts were great, nutritious and tasty. She was friendly and welcoming and helpful with local knowledge...a real asset to this bed and breakfast. There were 2 friendly cats living there too that added a little entertainment to the evenings we spent just chilling out with a tequila and a deck of cards. Highly recommend this as a place to stay, and the price was more than fair. I would go back in a heartbeat.
