Please please please stay away from this property. This hotel is a scam . I work in big resort facility so Iam talking from experience.
Soon we walked to hotel to check in I had a feeling it’s going to be disaster stay. It took an hour to check in and one person working there and 9 of staff was playing around . He was trying to tell me they don’t fill the fridge with water or coke everyday so it’s limited service. Then he told me that they clean room every other day. For me it’s ok it doesn’t bother me.
Then when I went to make reservations for restaurant to my family they said u need come at 7 am to make reservations for restaurant. So we ate at buffet and honestly there buffet is like Salvation Army buffet. Also be prepared to wait an hour in line
Second morning I went to make reservations to any restaurant they have so they told me no opening. I told him for lunch second day. They told me u do it day by day. lol. They push all customers to the buffet. I don’t mind buffet food but food is terrible low quality food.
U have to scream on them and talk to general manager to get one nice dinner for family.
Also they told me I complain too much and they try to shut me down.
When we rent out rooms we picked all inclusive because we can use all facilities in hotel.
I never heared that resort close the restaurants on Friday night and Sunday and no lunch all week.
We had major leak in our room from ceiling and they didn’t apologize and so much roaches

The shower leaked. The roof in the main hall first floor and the VIP registration area was leaking as well. The menu at the buffet was the same everyday.
I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff for hotel membership get upset when you say NO to them
Rooms are ok
The arcade room doesnt have ac so its super hot
To make reservation for lunch gotta do it 1 day before and for dinner that same day but the waiting to do it takes about 2 hrs to stand in the heat in line
Pools, beach and entertainment were ok
If you have a free day pass to their other hotel(pyramid) they dont offer transportation which it sucks

Spent 6 nights at Sens for a wedding. This is a very kid friendly resort. The pool and beach area are beautiful but the rooms are very old and the bathroom plumbing is horrible. The wedding suite windows leaked water all over the floor even though they were closed tight. The buffets were less than average but the restaurants were fairly good. The staff was very friendly and professional. Ive been to other all inclusives and would probaly not come back to Sens.

This place did not suit my tastes or needs. It has a very messy structure, with very little comfortable spaces to rest and it felt very crowded. Food was unremarkable and most of the staff was unhelpful and did not know their way around.

I would have given them 5 stars but the fact your in a beach resort and aren’t allowed to be in dinning areas wet or beach casual during the day is an issue.

Rooms are pretty bad , pillows smell dirty , foul smell coming from bathroom drain . Restaurants are mediocre. One of the bars was cool . Adult pools are only available upon reservations. A lot I mean a lot of kids everywhere

This resort was not what I expect it. The lobby doesn’t even have chairs for guests to sit. The pool area only has about 5 tables for and it is extremely crowded. People literally have to put their things in the ground to get in the pool. Every restaurant requires a reservation and the only two buffets have at least an hour long wait. There is no room service as their website claims when you make booking.
